Hotel Diamond — Hotel in Delhi

This hotel is worst in its kind. They run it like some goons running a gang. They will charge you a booking price is 2000/- to 1500/-. For example if the room costs 1000 rupees per night, they will charge you 2000 rupees as a booking price and promise to pay the remaining sum when you leave the hotel. The day you will be leaving they have different boards for checkout in their room, they will make sure they hang the wrong one. Suppose their normal checkout time is 12pm. You told them you will leave tomorrow before 12pm, the next day when you are leaving at 11am or 10am, you will see a board hanging says the checkout time is 8am. So, you pay extra while you leave and you don't get your booking fees back that you paid in advance. The behaviour of the staff is worst of its kind, they charge you for the normal filter water too. The receptionist guy is so ride that you know they talking you down like you are someone who just from the streets. The experience was terrible. Never go to this hotel, and with family it's a big no no. Their acs doesn't work, and the room they offered me had no window. I almost got sick...

Ye hotel ni unke naam pe kalank hai, yaha pe dhandhali chalti hai yaha jane se acha station pe so jaaye aap yaha k charge dene se acha hai jaa k dusre kisi v hotel me stay le lo, issse to acha hi hoga .

Or galti se aap ne inhe kux bol diya to ye turant aapko hotel se bahar likalne ka dhamki dete hai and if you are going with you family or friends they will come in your rooms directly and using the other keys

Don't ever go to this hotel, please if you want a good stay then consider another hotel for it. I have tried it by mistake, I trusted an auto person the experience was very scary the rooms are very dirty, washroom is like hell🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮. Overall the hotel looks like a nightmare to me. The experience is real trust me if you visit this hotel then you will realise that I am not manipulating. I suggest going to the Vanson hotel. I and my wife stayed at this hotel on 31dec. 2022, In the time of booking they demand Rs. 1500/- per room. When we find other hotel they agree for Rs1000/- for a day.
