Pizza Hut | Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

This used to be our favourite place for pizza but not anymore. I don’t know they might have changed the staffs and we went there few days back and our experience was terrible. We ordered 3 different pizzas with cheese burst 2 of them was just terrible terrible. I doubt they are using some low quality cheese and the sauces which they used in pizza base were very bad in taste. I can’t tell how bad those two pizzas were. Never ever going there again. This is not a good pizza hut to visit. Firstly, the AC wasn’t working and once I complained, the manager rather than entertaining it gave a casually reply saying that it’s the fault of his seniors. Apparently the area head of the pizza hut also knows about the AC not working but he is doing nothing about it. The attitude was very casual. The second issue we faced was on Zomato it was showing 25% flat off on dine in but the people at the place refused to accept it and didn’t entertain our request and neither helped us with the confusion but straightaway denied to address the issue...

I think pizza hut franchises have lost their authenticity and their flavours... being in the rat race they have completely forgotten their unique service and their delicious tastes.. have got pathetic experience at lajpat nagar outlet where the manager is foolish enough to convince me for the wrong served pizza.. and then told me and my friends that you should have known the menu.. I pardon that if the person is a new comer then how will you treat them? they should have knew it or the staff should be welcoming to...
