My review is about Biryani Blues. I visited this restaurant for the first time. I found Pulkit in this store who is a manager at Biryani Blues. He told me very well about Biryani Blues and many kind of Biryani that serves the restaurant to the customers, The manager talks very politely, I love it. I liked his way of talking and understanding. I spoke to the cashier Atul who was very well behaved. I ordered them for my meal. Two types of biryani I ordered at the restaurant were Chicken Dum Biryani and Fiery Chicken 65 Biryani, And you are giving Nestle's Raita with Biryani, I liked it very much. I enjoyed eating biryani. That taste, aromas and spiciness of biryani reminds me of Biryani of Hyderabad. I loved the biryani blues offer that Buy 1 Get 1 Free on Takeaway. You can take your desired biryani in it, which you are getting free by taking one. All you have to do is take a biryani and pay it. I liked it a lot, but increase the quantity. Because you are giving less chicken quantity. According to the biryani, it should have large pieces of chicken. I have nothing more to say. I want you to increase chicken pieces in biryani. And I did not like that you have added food packaging charges to the bill. Everything else is fine, just pay attention to these peak things. I have also put a photo of Bill in this review. I will definitely visit next time because I loved the taste, i am fond of biryani. Hopefully I will come again to eat in Biryani Blues. I would like to say one thing in the last that Biryani will be eaten by all of you, but definitely visit Biryani Blues once. What did you eat if you did not eat biryani of Biryani...
ย ย ย Read moreThis review is basically on the rude staff behaviour and lack of customer friendly service, so can't comment on food. On 21 APR i went to their outlet around 9:30 pm, the outlet was completely empty, not a single customer seating there. We asked the cashier (Mr. Somnath) to do us a favour that he can provide us BOGO Takeaway offer while we dine-in, as it was too late to get food packed and come back to home to eat. We especially drove to that place to spend quality times with friends. But Mr. Somnath constantly denying our request and simply telling to get food packed and eat outside of the outlet.
They are simply focusing on online orders and not having proper manners to treat a customer and fulfilling the requirements. If the outlet was full with customers, i simply understand their concerns. But they are behaving like robot.
Note to mgmt: Guys please treat a customer like customer, if they are paying you premium then they are expecting the same from you not only in terms of food but also ambience and treatment from staff. Why you guys are rigid, policies should be customer friendly and sometime alters if needed...
ย ย ย Read moreIt is decent if you go there and eat. But if you are thinking of ordering online or even takeaway from here, it is a very bad idea. They somehow save the worst of their Biryani for delivery and takeaway. And this is not based on a single experience. First time I got half cooked biryani (mostly rice with pieces of chicken in it), I thought it was one time thing. I was already a fan of Biryani Blues after eating at their CP branch. We ordered several times later also but it was bad every time, once even got burnt biryani. During this time I got a chance of visiting the place and eating there, the biryani was decent, not at all bad. The last time was when I got takeaway from there and hoped that would be decent also. But it was so bad no one ate it. The aalo 65 was half cooked, the veg biriyani and chicken biryani was mostly rice only.
I think Biryani Blues need to look into this. I have eaten at their CP branch a lot of times and Iโm at big fan. But whatever they are doing at this branch is not up to the standards they have set...
