It's looks great as there is great connectivity. Interior are good if you look at it as a buget friendly hotel. It could be bit above budget stay. But not beyond that. They have old AC, which probably didn't work well. Room's clean, yet not well maintained. Very close to metro station and it's located on main road, no problem in finding the space though. Staff are fine, not very friendly but welcomes you decently.

I won't say it's a very good place but a decent place to stay in vicinity to Hazrat Nizammudin Railway station. Staff is cooperative but a couple of their workers are too rude. Rooms are okayish with decent amenities and wifi. I may just not call it worth what u pay though for their service and cleanliess.

Very bad hostel.... Staff was good but there is a bar in its 1st floor so one can guess the people living in the rooms. And inspite of being low cost still i felt the rooms were outdated, confined space and major problem elevator was from the 1st floor so one had to walk its heavy high steps up there.

Do not waste your money by staying here, it's awful! The worst place we stayed during our whole trip in India. ||Firstly, the place is dingy and dirty. My room was filthy, sheets and pillows weren't clean and had rips in them. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the bottle of water provided by the hotel was not sealed and presumably just refilled for each guest.||The doors in to the bedrooms do not close properly, I had to bolt mine at the top and shove my sandals underneath the bottom of the door to keep it closed.||At about 11pm I had the pleasure of sharing my room with a mouse, which continued to gnaw and scratch in the sofa throughout the night.||Hotel very noisy with people stood in corridors talking and a disco going on downstairs. ||I was called via the telephone in my room at 8.30am to order my breakfast, however when it arrived it was nothing like what I had ordered. ||Despite breakfast being included in my room rate, upon leaving I was presented with a bill for breakfast. When showed the booking which confirmed breakfast was included, I was told that I only a 'simple' breakfast was included. I had clearly ordered something that wasn't 'simple'.||I left pretty quickly that morning, choosing to order my own taxi for 400 rupees after the hotel tried to charge me 1000 rupees for the same journey.||Seriously, do not waste your money by staying here. There are a million places better...

I have had the worst experience as me and my have friends have to wait for like an hour in the middle of a night. it was 00:30 in the morning I was waiting for my room with two ladies and with two other gentlemen.who had a very exhausted journey and the employees were arguing with us because three of us had hard copies of identification and two of us carrying the soft copies of passport as well as Adhar card and they said they can't give us room and we can talk to the oyo helpline whether they can help us or not because we are not going to we have to stand there talk to multiple number of people as no one had courtesy to help us their. They were keep on saying I can't help you with that and then again they transfer the call to their supervisor so does the supervisor wasn't able to help us. I don't know why this even happened we have been staying with oyo for long and it never happened and we always gave them the soft copies but I don't know why it happened this time. I personally think that they need to leash up the dog which was wandering right over their in the corridor I don't feel like it was their own it feels like it was street dog. I took an hour as well to find out the property as it was showing on the other side of the road on Google Map so please work on that so that others don't have to go...

Stayed here for one night with my adult daughter. Welcome drink was a glass of water, which we didn't drink, we were then asked if we would like another drink, which we did. I had a strange tea, and my daughter a pepsi. The rooms were dirty, the beds had badly stained sheets, and the bottled water supplied in the room had broken seals. Wi-Fi was very hit and miss. Daughter then found a mouse eating a chapatti under a sofa in her room. We had paid for bed and breakfast, but on checking out, the owner tried to charge us for breakfast, until we showed him the booking confirmation. We then asked how much a taxi to the airport would cost, and he said 2000 rupees! when we declined, he became anti, and demanded payment for the tea and pepsi! We found a taxi outside the hotel to the airport for 400 rupees. That night, I received an e-mail from Booking.com, to the effect that the Kapoor Inn had informed them we had...
