Hotel Meridian Plaza — Hotel in Delhi

I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was far from satisfactory. The standard of service was extremely poor, and I encountered multiple issues during my stay.

One of the major problems was the subpar housekeeping. The room was not cleaned properly, and basic amenities were missing. Despite bringing this to the staff's attention, the situation did not improve.

Moreover, the attitude of Mr. Gajendra Panchal was particularly disappointing. His rudeness and lack of professionalism left a bad impression. Instead of addressing my concerns, he was dismissive and unhelpful.

We had a great stay! First of all, the staff is super helpful, always kind and really professional. The rooms are spotlessly clean, towels and toiletries are provided and every room has hot water and air conditioning.
