On a Sunday traffic jammed Hansraj Marg we finally made it to BT a bit exasperated. After waiting endlessly for my gran to arrive for a post therapy treat...it was Prabhavan who stole the show above the divine Lemon poppy tea cake and the chocolate croissant recommended by Prabhavan. This gentleman should be given an ownership stake at BT...are ya listenin corporate towers??? His warmth, sense of ownership and subtle stewardship makes him the Ambassador appoint for BT. Someone make this guy an area VP or at least give him a handsome raise!! He even earnestly declined our tip until I told him it had left our hearts and was his. A mere 100 rupees cannot compensate for what he gave us in return. There was a young lady who assisted gran with the steep stairs. We appreciate her kindness without prompting for assistance she jumped to assist eagerly gently making her take each single step. Prabhavan you are a born star and will go places in life and in professional growth both. Salutations to Prabhavan our favorite new barista in snooty...

Food We ordered 3 iced cappuccino, one hot cappuccino, one basil pasta, fries, avacado 🥑 toast Iced cappuccino was supposedly canned and poured in glasses with ice, atleast if someome is dining in, you should made it fresh Hot cappuccino was not like before, I have been coming here from last 2 years, but the taste is getting worse everytime I visit Asked for pasta without mushrooms, it came with a lot of mushrooms and no other veggies, so I returned it , it came again with no visible mushrooms initially but when we started eating it, still there were mushrooms. I am not sure if they tried removing mushrooms from the older pasta rather than making a new one. Super disappointed. Fries were average Avacado toast with eggs had worst quality eggs possible

Worst coffee ever. They don’t follow standard recipes of coffee - according to them iced cappuccino is a blended cold coffe and iced latte is on the rocks- that’s the only difference, not the ratio of milk is to foam which is the global standard. Their baristas think when you ask for “strong” coffee it means “thick” coffee- not sure in which world is strong coffee= thick coffee. Have had bad experiences when ordered flat white- which was milkier than latte and iced cappuccino which was like drinking milk blended with ice and date syrup - when asked for a strong one. The replacement was made exactly the same way - probably expecting different results- threw the “iced cappuccino” in the dustbin after a sip!
