Lemon Green Residency — Hotel in Delhi

I recently stayed at the Lemon Green Hotel for one day, while my friend had an extended ten-day stay. Overall, the hotel experience had its ups and downs, and I'd like to provide a detailed review to help future travelers make an informed decision.

The positives of our stay were noteworthy. The hotel's service was commendable, and the staff's friendliness and attentiveness left a positive impression. The cleanliness and organization of the rooms were also notable, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

However, there were several significant drawbacks to our experience:

Location: One of the major drawbacks of the Lemon Green Hotel is its inconvenient location. Regardless of which ride-sharing app we tried to use, we consistently faced frustrating delays in securing transportation. Waiting for up to 40 minutes every day for a cab became a recurring issue during our stay, and it impacted our plans and schedule significantly.

Mosquito Problem: Surprisingly, the main waiting area of the hotel had a mosquito issue even during the daytime. This not only made our wait uncomfortable but also raised concerns about hygiene and sanitation within the hotel premises. It's essential for hotels to maintain a mosquito-free environment for the comfort and well-being of their guests.

Breakfast Dissatisfaction: Another point of disappointment was the hotel's breakfast offerings. While it's understandable that different guests have varying preferences, the quality and variety of breakfast options left us unsatisfied. A better selection and improvement in taste would have enhanced our overall dining experience.

In conclusion, Lemon Green Hotel had its merits, such as excellent service and clean rooms. However, the inconveniences associated with its location, the mosquito problem, and the subpar breakfast offering resulted in an overall rating of 3 out of 5. Future guests should weigh these factors carefully when considering a stay at this hotel and plan accordingly, especially regarding transportation...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lemon Green Hotel in Malvia Nagar, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff.

In particular, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Harish, Ravi, Dhruv, and Vish for going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. These individuals exemplify the epitome of excellent customer service, and their dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of each guest is truly commendable.

The hotel itself is impeccably maintained, with clean and comfortable accommodations, and all the amenities one could possibly need. The location is also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options.

I cannot recommend Lemon Green Hotel enough, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay a truly memorable one.Keep up...

I will give 5 stars for service despite being made to wait for a bit to get my room ready and giving them sufficient heads up on my arrival time.

Room was excellent .. every few rooms have a shared space like a living/ dining room. The bath fittings are of very quality .. The room service was fantastic!! Delicious custom ordered Parathas made for us ..even though we were well outside of breakfast hours.

Now to the negative side .. this Hotel is not on the main road ... so getting an uber to show up can be tricky .. I had a flight out at 9.40 pm .. I called up an uber at 6.30 pm because I wanted to reach early and enjoy some free dinner in the Lounge that I have access to. But after 3 canceled rides..the Taxi finally showed up at 7.25 pm .. I barely made the plane due to the traffic. ...
