Giani Ice Cream — Restaurant in Delhi

Reason for 3 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 : We bought 4 cones and one of them was a coffee one...It tasted good but the tissue wraped around the cone got stuck and won't come out.. Now the come was inedible and so was the ice cream in it..As we were eating in the car just in front of the store we went back in to get the cone changed and the person there just took the cone from us and flipped the 1/2 scoop of ice cream that was left into another cone..He should have offered us another scoop to us but he didn't and when we asked for it as most of the ice cream was still stuck to the cone the person there said,"Ye meri galti nahin hai"(it's not my mistake)..It wasn't our mistake too ,it was the mistake of giani's as a whole as they provided 1 ply tissues for ice cream that could easily stick to the cone.. Finally he accepted and put 2 thin layers of ice cream in it. This time he didn't even give us tissue rather he said "Ab tissue nahin de raha phir chipak jayegaa" (this time I won't give you tissue as it will get stuck again) . . . I should have given 1 star 🌟 but ice...

Craving for Hot Chocolate i had ordered Hot Chocolate Fudge Sundae from this place that is the bonafide king of Frozen desserts.

The serve consists their signature Vanilla ice cream covered with Giani warm, luscious chocolate fudge and topped up with nuts. If served in the ideal mix of Hot chocolate and cold ice cream its an all time blockbuster dessert, one you just cannot miss in any season. It's available in two sizes, regular and Mini.

Now mainly the reason why i am rating it average is because after placing my order, i received if within 15 mins, the outlet itself is just a km away from my society and still i received a completely cold Sundae, the Hot chocolate was completely frozen, just a sheer waste of Sundae.

Not sure what went wrong here, but i am not gonna try this particular Outlet again, its just pathetic waste of...

I had ordered 4 Tubs - California Mania, Belgian Chocolate, White Chocolate, Giani's Special. All of them were half Litre, it was a take away order, when i took those boxes at my home ( Home Distance - only 2 km | Ordered all this @ 9:10 pm), Two of them were just half boxes - California Mania & White Chocolate.

When I revisited this store, and explained all this to your staff, he told me it's just because of the temperature, i told him that I am a regular buyer and i know about the temperature and I always take your box at home.

Staff was not...
