Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut, Ramphal Chowk

Our recent visit to the Pizza Hut 2 days before diwali at Ramphal Chowk was far from what we expected. Given the reputation of the area, we assumed the outlet would live up to a certain standard, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment.

To start with, the menu was poorly labeled, making it confusing to navigate. Prices were noticeably higher compared to other Pizza Hut outlets, which seemed unreasonable given the lack of quality and service.

The cleanliness of the place was another major letdown. The outlet was not well-maintained, and the lack of hygiene made the dining experience uncomfortable.

We ordered what we thought was a Veg Loaded Pizza, as it was listed under the pizza section of the menu. However, when it arrived, it turned out to be a pizza pocket something entirely different. To make matters worse, it lacked any real flavor and was far from satisfying.

Considering the location, this outlet should be maintaining at least a 4-star standard. Unfortunately, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I recently visited on last friday . I ordered veggi feast they delivered it so late , about after 45 minutes . The people who came after me they get their food and packed . At last I'm again and again enquired my order , they say 2-3 minutes more ....and then there is no one in restaurant then I called them , one person say you didn't get your order sir , I enquired it . Then my order came but also less hot , more cold and hard too . Very poor experience, very poor service . And today on 13 aug , I again visited and ordered and do my payment with card tap option , the money will deducted but the lady who get my order don't give "order bill" instead she said that she will give bill when my pizza will come . But at last she don't shows up and one man came with my pizza . Such a fraud .... . Also on today at this time ,A.C are off , I requested to on the one A.C . Not pleasant experience ,...
