OYO 70101 Hotel Hridey Dx — Hotel in Delhi

I regretfully had to stay at your hotel recently, and I must admit that I was really dissatisfied with the condition of my accommodation. Throughout my stay, I ran into a lot of problems that made my time there pretty uncomfortable. First off, my room's bedding was not thoroughly washed because there were hairs on the sheets, comforter, and pillow as well. This made me wonder about the room's general hygiene and was really off-putting. The room also had a pretty bad smell, which made it difficult for me to unwind. In addition, the towels that were provided in the room had dark blotches on them from improper washing. Also filthy was the bathroom mat, and the restroom had not been adequately cleaned. It was challenging to use the shower and taps because of the poor water pressure. Furthermore broken was the air conditioner in my room, making it difficult to stay there. It was impossible to obtain a good night's sleep because of the mosquitoes in the room, which made the situation worse. When I brought up these difficulties, the employees acted indifferent and uninterested. My worries seemed to be unimportant to them, which was really disheartening. Overall, I had a really bad experience at your hotel and cannot endorse it to anyone. I sincerely hope you consider my criticism and do the required changes to make your future visitors' stays...

As I’m a regular traveler, I have visited around more than 100 hotels till now , Hotel Hridey Deluxe delhi , has been Worst experience of my life ..||1. They do not provide water bottle and shop they cost 30rs for normal water where as this is complementary given.||2. There is no privacy and door dose not locked after paying 1600 for one day also..||3. Staff behaviour is very rude, if you ask something they will ask tip in advance WTF ..||4. I had checked in at 8am due to some urgency and told also that I’m doing prior checkin but still next day they argued demanding 1day extra cost as I had checked in 8am .. so with very impolite fight .. I paid two day cost that is 3200 for just checking in at 8am ..||Please never visit this hotel .. also this hotel is available in Muslim majority area and all stall are Muslim only so they do everything as per their rule .. what they say you have to do .. so choose hotel as per your convinced .. I posted here so that no one else gets such horrific ...

Not at all preferred for staying even for a night. Price can be bargained as I did but once you bargain they will provide u the worst rooms which will be very different from the one which one shown to you at beginning. They keep good rooms to show just like a catalogue and once the amount is paid they’ll give you a different room all together where you might find used condom and wrappers on floor. Also cockroaches all over the place. No ventilation nothing it’s like very very filthy place to be in. Better you stay at the station or even on platform or roads but think twice or thrice before staying in this hotel. They take 60/- rupees for a 2litre packaged drinking water where MRP printed was 30/-. This hotel is best if you are looking to get...
