OYO Tsampa House Near Vishwa Vidyalaya Metro Station — Hotel in Delhi

Only plus point is the elevator and the location. 1 stars because. The front desk employees are clueless as to what room to give. Twice they me room that is already occupied. Omg!!! Imagine your stuff is in your room and someone like me open it. I could be a thief steal your stuff. Or imagine if I walk into people private space. This place is not safe due to the lack of attention from the staffs. My first room the refrigerator was not functioning, lights were missings. Second room reeks of cigarette smoke because the entire hotel is smoking room and also the tv cable is hit or miss. Also has a lot cockroaches. I will not stay here again. Also, the staffs are really careless as they helped with our luggage and the elevator went over its weight limit and the elevator fell to the ground with full force with a bang. Man it was scary. The place is located at the center of the Tibetan colony. The room was well kept and the staff were friendly. We booked a double bed room and the space was ample enough.
