Read moreYou guys do not deserve a single star!!!!
See I have no idea whether this feedback would be worth! I do not think they gonna take any action cause they meant for money minded! Give no ….* as they are only meant to throw the food with no passion with no respect with no hospitality and manners(they do not matter how that food sucks and their behaviours). See ambience is secondary thing, the primary thing is food and your well behaviours. Do we owe you guys sth???(any explanation). We didn’t visit to eat for free or you guys serve and sell food for free! The respond they provide is so cheap and do not understand what they are speaking and have no idea what exactly the Resturant is meant for! Or you guys just came to make your faces and act rude action and show arrogant behaviour( got zero knowledge what exactly the hospitality should be). A lady said we do not repeat the side dishes, we need to pay for repetition of side dishes( as we asked just for kimchi a little bit) okay not an issue we will do pay it. After a while the another lady comes and starts creating nonsense scene saying we need to buy 1kg or 1/2 kg detailing with price in a very un appropriate way (700/- rupees per kg) seriously felt like a punch on face! And thought to ruin everything at that moment. What a pathetic behaviour! Do you think a fish cake which was served in old dirty rusted pot with very un hygienic food worth for more than 800 rupees! Is it correct dude! See we never comment on food cause we have that sympathy as we know the fact it won’t be authentic food! But at-least serve with good presentation! As We are paying for that!
Instead of listening they have to win making themselves correct! Explaining rubbish reasons in un appropriate manner! Just hate it guys! You guys deserve nothing in manner.(mannerless servers and people)
The Bell is totally useless.they don't come to your table even after calling several times. Do you want to pack food, we said yes m! the usage of sentences goes like that…( listen in the first moment if you need packing. One packing 15 rupees) what the hell they trying too… Hell out of it! Useless people, they feel they are always correct thinks nobody can compare us) that is the attitude they carry!!! The food is really pathetic, and presentation( they made us think we are road people came for hunting food) The momos served was like a road stall( momos on top each other) dude we are paying for it! Charges are as same as 5-star restaurants and serving food not worth of 0 rupee…
Paying almost more than 4500/- do you think we did right job paying you guys just for yours stupid behaviours and dirty foods. Have faith guys ! Wastage of all day mood hardcore money!!! A day will come, where you guys have...
Read moreMe and my friend were going to eat korean food for the first time and after watching alot of vlogs and reading a plethora of reviews my girlfriend decided to choose this place over Busan koran (which was our first preference earlier). We entered the place like anybody else would do and the staff and waiters were not welcoming at all. We were roaming around like visitors in a park and no one attended us to provide us a table or even greet us. We decided to sit in a private cabin but in the heat of 45 degrees there was no air conditioning AT All. It literally felt like I'm boiling myself in a hot pot. We asked them to show us a table where there is proper air conditioning and they guided us to a table where it felt like i could breathe again (still not good ac). HERE COMES THE FUN PART. We ordered a non veg tteok-bokki, a jajangmyeon and Jaeyook Bokkeum. First- they served us a Vegetarian tteok-bokki instead of a non-veg one. Being completely oblivious with korean food, we started eating it and ate atleast half of it. Then they came up with another tteok-bokki which was non-vegetarian. The waitress asked us if we have taken the vegetarian one and we had to agree with her in hesitation. These stupid people didn't have enough courtesy to inform us that they served us the wrong order previously. HERE COMES ANOTHER FUN PART. They did take our order for the non-veg tteok-bokki and it got served to the people beside us. She called the manager and went outside. God knows what happened after that. They served us a water bottle but we didn't order it. A minute later another waiter comes amd picks up the bottle only to give it to the people who came after the lady who just got her religion destroyed by eating non-veg. Everything else was basic and not at all value for money. THEY CHARGED US FOR BOTH THE TTEOK-BOKKI WHICH WE DID PAY FOR BECAUSE WE DIDN'T WANT TO ARGUE AT THAT TIME. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS HAVE A KOREAN FOOD EXPERIENCE FOR THE FIRST TIME. WOULD RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE LAST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR KOREAN FOOD ENTHUSIASM. The cashier guy was rude as well because we wanted to pay half in cash and the other half through UPI. The upi server had some issues and my girlfriend had to go to a nearby ATM for cash withdrawal. The whole time I was there, these people were restless for their money as if we're going to run away without paying them. Worst experience ever. If I had to, I would give this restaurant a rating of 1 out of 100 and that is too because the soju and coke was the only good thing. We paid 2350 rupees for an unworthy, and...
