My experience at Busan Korean Restaurant was truly a delightful one! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The menu offered a great selection, but we ultimately decided on ordering the bibimbap, Korean fried chicken, and another chicken dish with sticky rice. Each dish was presented beautifully, showcasing the vibrancy and richness of Korean cuisine. The bibimbap was a standout, with perfectly seasoned vegetables and a generous serving of gochujang sauce that provided just the right amount of heat. The fried egg on top was cooked to perfection, and mixing everything together created a symphony of flavors in every bite. The Korean fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, glazed with a deliciously sweet and spicy sauce that kept us coming back for more. The other chicken dish with sticky rice was equally enjoyable, featuring tender chicken pieces in a flavorful sauce that paired wonderfully with the sticky rice. Service was attentive and friendly throughout the evening, and our meal was paced just right. The only reason I'm giving Busan Korean Restaurant four stars instead of five is that the noise level was slightly higher than I would have liked, making it a bit difficult to carry on a conversation at times. Overall, I highly recommend Busan Korean Restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic and flavorful Korean meal. We'll definitely be back to try more...
Read moreIt's over hyped i went there a few years back atleast the staff was friendly that time. I went there this Wednesday and it was my dad's bday so we all were pretty excited to have a korean spicy meal but everything was extremely overpriced and tasteless... I can literally make better ttekbokki at home i just lack fish sauce and always wanna have the authentic taste but here the least i was expecting was a good flavour and spice cos we ordered a lot of food and everything was supposed to be spicy exept the gimbap, seaweed soup and rice. But nothing was worth wasting the money i regret suggesting ppl that place. The ttekbokki was 400 rupees and the quantity wasn't even enough for one person. The staff was ignoring us the whole time, my dad used his tea bowl to taste the soup as they didn't give us any extra bowls, there was a girl standing right in front of our table and i had to ask her to get my dad another bowl for atleast 4 to 5 times and then also she gave me a wierd look before she went in to get one. The side dishes were not good as well the kimchi was not at all spicy it wasn't like kimchi at all it was just like cabbage with salt and red pepper. The sweet and sour chicken was the only thing we all could eat without making a face but it was also so bland. As a person who enjoys asian food and love to explore i didn't like the hype, there are a lot of other thai, korean, japnese even Tibetan restaurant There, they're...
Read moreSecond review: Our second visit to the Korean restaurant in Delhi left us with mixed feelings. While the Authentic Korean Cuisine retained its charm, the food quality seemed to have slightly declined compared to our initial visit. The restaurant offers a genuine Korean ambiance with traditional seating, and private cabins are available for larger groups, enhancing the overall experience.
The vibe of the restaurant was appealing, capturing the essence of Korean culture. The comfort of private seating contributed to a pleasant dining atmosphere. Our order included Kimbap, Bibimbap, Japchae, Korean vegetable pancake, Ramyun, coffee, and Soju. Although the Ramyun didn't quite meet expectations, Japchae stood out with its delightful flavors. Kimbap was satisfactory, but the overall experience couldn't match the excellence of our first visit.
Despite the slight disappointment in food consistency, the restaurant remains a viable choice for those seeking an authentic Korean dining experience in Delhi. The presence of Banchan, Korean side dishes, added a traditional touch to the meal. Overall, while the second visit fell short of the first, the restaurant continues to offer a commendable Korean culinary journey.
