A Message To Mr Karma Yonten Regarding the denial of my experience certificate, despite having completed 1 Years And 11 Months of service with The Roof Sky Cafe and Restaurant Company ,This issue has caused not only personal disappointment but also professional disruption. I had hoped that after all the time, effort, and commitment I invested in my role, I would be treated with the dignity and fairness that every employee deserves. But turns Out This Was Only an Immagination , Over the past two years, I have consistently delivered on my responsibilities, adapted to team demands, and remained committed to the goals and expectations set before me. I worked under pressure, handled tasks beyond my immediate role when required, and stayed loyal to the company even during difficult situations.Facing Racism ,Still Standing Strong But, Unfortunately, instead of receiving appreciation or at the very least, a professional acknowledgment of my service, I am now being denied something as basic as an experience certificate. Regardless of personal dynamics or any misunderstandings that may have occurred, withholding an experience certificate is both unethical and unjustifiable. It undermines the very principle of professionalism and sets a troubling example of how employees are treated after giving their time, energy, and skill to an organization. An experience certificate is not a favor it is a record of employment, a legal and professional document that every employee has a right to receive. I am not asking for undue recognition or exaggerated praise. I am simply requesting what I am rightfully entitled to – a formal acknowledgment of the time I spent at this organization. I believe I have earned that through my hard work and perseverance. And If Its Something That you Can't Give It Without Money, Name Your Price And Lets Settle Up With...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, especially with the way they handled my simple request for a beer can, which was clearly listed on their menu.
I ordered a beer can, expecting to receive it as mentioned, but the waiter insisted on pouring it into a glass himself. I politely requested to be given the can so I could pour it myself, but after multiple requests, he refused and told me I should skip the drinks and go straight to ordering food instead. I asked why I couldn’t have the can when it was listed in the menu and I was paying for it, but he didn’t give me a valid reason. After a long back and forth, he finally said they don’t serve beer on the rooftop—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere earlier.
Even after I reluctantly agreed, I was shocked to see my beer served in a coffee mug—something I’ve never experienced at any restaurant. When I questioned it, they repeated the same excuse: no beer service on the rooftop.
But what really annoyed me was when I saw another table being served the same beer in proper beer glasses. When I pointed this out to the senior waiter, he lied and said they didn’t have beer mugs available—completely contradicting what he said earlier. I asked to speak with the manager, but was told he was “busy.”
The partiality and poor service I received were unacceptable. The staff seemed uninterested, especially the waiter who took our order—he looked rushed and didn’t bother to listen properly.
If you’re looking to enjoy a beer with your meal, I would definitely not recommend this place. Instead, I’d suggest visiting Norwang Cafe, where they serve beer at a good price with...

Food: The menu is thoughtfully curated with a mix of continental, Asian, and Indian dishes. Every item we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The grilled chicken platter was juicy and well-seasoned, while the pasta was creamy without being too heavy. Their mocktails are refreshingly unique — especially the signature Sky Breeze, which pairs wonderfully with any meal.

Whether you’re out on a date, with friends, or hosting a small celebration, the atmosphere adapts effortlessly. Live music on select nights adds a special touch without overpowering conversation.
