OYO Achi House Near Vishwa Vidyalaya Metro Station — Hotel in Delhi

Its mentioned on the Oyo app that this property accepts the local I'ds to but it happened with me two times that I booked it went there on the check in time and they denied that local I'ds are not acceptable. And When i showed them that on the oyo app it's acceptable they just said that it's wrongly mentioned. Staff was so rude they were not even interested in resolving the issue. Em in the process to get the refund for the booking. But a suggestion for you guys never book this one. They will not even treat you like a guest which they are supposed to. A BIG NO...

If anything lower than 1 is possible..i would have given that. Though my room was prebooked with complete amount paid... They refused to provide a room stating there are no rooms available... This is the worst thing that a tourer/traveller can expect.... That too when travelling with luggage.. THEY DIDNOT EVEN HAVE THE BARE MINIMUM DECENCY TO KEEP THE GUEST INFORMED...
