Qotel Comfort IP Residency — Hotel in Delhi

4k+ for 2 nights is not worth wasting here. The rooms are in terrible conditions. The floors are not clean, the walls have dampness and mold with rust. The ACs do not work. There is dust sitting on the bed and the cupboard, like it hasn't been cleaned for ages. The staff comes after calling 10 times for help. There are no toiletries provided. We asked for a second towel and the person denied the same. We asked for toothbrush and toothpaste which other 3 star fabhotels provide but they denied. The bed has disgusting stains and they don't even try to hide it. The bathrooms are so disgusting you can only get dirtier if you are taking a bath there. We switched the rooms which we were provided, twice, but it kept getting worse. The only good thing about this hotel - it has a door that you can use to get out from this filthy place. This hotel is disgusting! Don’t go there!!! Upon arrival (through a parking garage) the reception area already gave a hint of what to expect :( dirty, dusty and not welcoming atmosphere. Bad vibes from staff during check in process.

We had to pay immediately and now I understand why!

The room was disgusting and dirty, stains and hair on the bed sheets, dirty floors and toilet… and everything just poorly maintained. Unpleasant smell in the hall and room! We requested another room with wasn’t any better and left after just 15 mins, totally disappointed and stressed. Of course the staff wouldn’t refund the costs, although we didn’t use the room.

Hence, I cannot rate the location.

Our host in Delhi booked us here solely based on the fake ratings. We assumed that it is of the Fab group the rooms will be good. However, this Hotel is a disgrace to the Fab Hotels group. Even 1 star is too high. The bed and pillow were full of hair. The stains are visible in the video. The room had a damp and dusty feel. TV wouldn't work. The rating of 4.6 is paid & fake ratings. In Mumbai language we call it Chaddar palti and it is just that. The bathroom fittings were so ugly and dirty that you don't even feel like touching it.
