Read moreBest location....if you want both views of sea as well as temple, than suite rooms are best choice...premium rooms too have sea view with full day full natural light...one star is cut from my side for few points.as it is pride group hotel, the expectation would be at par as its other properties but here there was some lack in terms of housekeeping (may be due to full season at diwali time) part....such as no nepkins or doormat were kept in bathrooms..toiletaries were not being refilled or replaced...as this place had somewhat dry atmosphere we asked many times for moisturiser or cream ( which is usually being provided at every normal hotel , so that we didn't carry it) ..but it was not provided ...for longer stay toothpastes are needed to be provided but it was not kept after first day...however on demand they were supplying whatever was available but that was also depended on availability...food was tasty but gujarati meal was not available..for jain menu there were few issues..everyday almost same menu in breakfast...they were using same knife for chopping onions and salads so from jain salad also smell of onions was coming...However these types of issues can be resolved by proper training and as i wrote that staff was overburdened due to full season....but overall good experience as rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, location is quite near from temple as well as common parking, very courtious and polite staff....The cherry on cake is cute swimming pool with awesome 360 degree view..please have few feedback as environmental purpose that please cut ratio of usage plastic bottles...as in restaurant and rooms there was so much use of plastic bottles for drinking water ( again may be seasonal effect) .....please have some good quality jugs in room and restaurant and try to avoid overusage of plastic bottles....I hope that suggestions shall be accepted for betterment and improvisation of this one of the good hotels at...
Read moreThis is one amazing property and this is coming from an avid traveler. Stayed in the suite for two nights and have checked out just now and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Here are my observations: Room: spacious room that's tastefully decorated and all modern amenities are provided. Service: prompt, proactive, warm, makes you feel special and welcome Food: droolworthy and relatively cheap. The breakfast spread is really nice. Walking distance from Dwarkadhish temple.
Few small suggestions for the hotel: Keep drapes closed in empty rooms. The harsh sunlight turns them into greenhouses and guests are greeted with extremely hot rooms Chuck your pandit ji. He's super pushy and tries to guilt trip you for not spending thousands on "tula daan".
Overall, I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here...
