OYO Flagship Palm Tree — Hotel in Ghaziabad

Not worthy of being a part of OYO group. Rooms were shabby, broken window panes, ceiling fan screeching, ac not working properly, no wardrobe, no hangers, no geyser, one movable immersion heater provided for all the rooms, buckets and one chair provided with dirty colours on them, TV channels were unsubscribed. Very disgusting experience, the goodwill of OYO being tarnished by such hotels. A WiFi password provided, which didn't connect. Lastly, while checking out, the receptionist wanted to see my OYO app and put 5 star rating on her own. When I asked her what she was doing, she denied the issue. Very cheap mentality. Please check the issues. I am an OYO fan, I hereby request you to look into...

Never make an online payment for this hotel. The entire hotel is in a very bad condition. The washrooms have no geysers and even bucket and mugs were not there. There was no key of the room so once you get inside the room, then you have to take the entire luggage with you if you want to go outside. No handwash was there in the washroom. No inverter facility is there, you have to stay in the dark if an electric cut happens. Even TV was not in working condition. this hotel felt more like a garbage bin rather than a hotel...it had bugs all over the bathroom...there was no toilet seat in the hotel... i had to cancel my oyo booking and pay 1300 rupees just to get a furnished room with full of mosquitos and a broken toilet...worst hotel i have ever been in...i would definitely reccomend krishna sagar hotel just nearby 50 metres of this hotel which is full of amneties and good customer service for just few hundred more rupees...and one more thing this hotel is full of holes for rats...
