Aruba Luxury Resort — Hotel in Goa

Stayed at Aruba during the 15th August week for 3 nights. Initially was a little worried due to some reviews I had read online, but once we reached, we found the place, absolutely comfortable. The beach is just across the street, easily accessible from the property. There are multiple, beachside restaurants, Tomato, Shaan, Stone Water, with lovely food and ambience. If you are lucky they mightmight have an event as well viz. Bollywood Nights". The rooms were on the 1st floor, big spacious rooms, just as shown in pictures, clean bathrooms and toiletries. The place outside the room, is also beautifully decorated with lighting, a mirror and few sitting arrangement,we clicked a lot of pictures there. The staff is very polite and helpful. Presently the restaurant is under renovation, hence buffet breakfast is served in room. The food is good, unlimited breakfast is served as per the menu, which is tasty and served with good cutlery at your convenience. Swiggy Zomato delivery is also allowed in case of any requirement, as restaurant is presently under renovation. The pool is clean but a little small. Great place for a stay on the beach. About 2 minutes from the beach. Spacious rooms with all facilities like fridge, vault locker, electric kettle with milk and sugar sachets etc.

There is no sea view, but extremely quite place.

You must opt for the breakfast included package. The non-veg breakfast included sausages, egg omelettes, fruit bowls, glass of milk, nice strong tea, toasted bread etc.

The service is very good and individual requests are looked into.

The first floor balconies have a common sitting out area, where you can have your breakfast looking at nature.

The hotel does not have a kitchen but outside food and drinks is allowed. Meals can be ordered and is delivered from Beach shacks about 2 minutes distance away. Food is expensive.

Unfortunately, the reception and room service phone call lines are not working.

Excellent wi-fi.

Value for money. Highly recommended by a Level 7...

Most pathetic and mismanaged property i have ever stayed at , staying here was a torture, to avoid below tortures please keep away from this property.

1. very short staffed, persons who mops and sweeps is the same person who will serve you breakfast.
2. Zero hygiene , lobby area was mopped once in three days of our stay.
3. Smelly rooms.
4. Ac's did'nt working properly .
5. Outdoor units if Split AC's had drainage on floor, no proper exit of water.
6. Wifi's hardly work.
7. 4-5 limited breakfast options that too served in your room COLD , no dining area.
8. No intercom facility, phones dont work walk to the reception or call on mobile for anything.
9. Very small lane to park cars, hardly any parking space.
10. Room almirahs old and outdated...
