Decent resort just a jump close to the beach ..small huts and the best things is the view and the awesome beach view

Things you can expect

Decent room for a good price , stay for experience ..we got 2.5k mostly during regular time it full of foreigners this time during covid it was bit empty

Rooms are not very clean especially toilets so before you check-in make sure that is taken care since they don't have people all round the day to help

Food ... everything is made to order decently priced but on the higher side so make sure you look at the order and bill

Parking - limited inside the area and approach road also usually is fully packed so plan accordingly , if you are expert to move around attempt

Staff : friendly staff

Things they can improve

Cleanliness : employ someone to do it all round Food price : even being staying in the place there is no food discount was very disappointed with that and to top to that price are 5 star rates ... Make it according to the area ..give discount to people staying at your place otherwise I am not going to eat all meal at your place

Welcome drink : take lessons from hospitality provide some basics small things like water bottle free or a drink

We stayed at the Big Fish in January and we were very impressed, not only with the accommodation and the very friendly staff but with the fantastic food and location. Starting with the staff – Prakesh was the best, he seemed to be always there when we needed him, not just in the restaurant but bringing morning coffees to our veranda and afternoon beers to the beach while we relaxed on one of the many sun-loungers - what’s not to love. Wilson was the most helpful man in the world, I had a technical difficulty with my papers and he was instrumental in sorting these out for me, he went over and above with his help and care. Now to the accommodation, while it was basic, it was just what we needed for our beach escape. We had a non-AC room and the ceiling fan was more than adequate in keeping us cool whilst sleeping. I loved sitting on the veranda, reading and/or watching the sun, sand sea and people. Now the food in the restaurant, my husband laughed at me every time I ate something because I said it was the best XYZ (from curries, rotis, salads to omelettes and more) that I had ever eaten. Thank you Big Fish, especially, Wilson, Prakesh, Bunty and Santosh, you were great and made us feel really welcome. We will be back again...

Manager insists to pay in cash for the food. No one came to clean the floors during our stay despite calling.bathrooms are incorrectly built. If u take bath, u have to sweep the floors till the hole for this water to go which is irritating as we paid a hefty amount for the room, else water just stands there. No water is given, staff is not bothered to pick it luggage also even after a child is picking up a heavy luggage. Yeah and they make fun of South people.manager insists on speaking in Hindi only even after telling we don't know the language.. but he speaks in English only to foreigners. Extremely rude and crook that fellow is. We were given one price for that room and the next room is offered at a phenomenally cheaper prices to some bachelor's . Overall though location is good, pathetic people working there.

Thanks for your generous reply.if you indeed r the owner then u should also look into the bahvaiour of your staff that I pointed out.for 6k 2days and u r counting giving plates as a service ? And room cleaning is not a given?We paid hefty price for mediocre , you must charge accordingly for imperfect...
