Worst staying experience in Goa.

First day found cockroach in milk during buffet breakfast. Informed the restaurant manager, he told he will check and replace the milk. however after few minutes, he casually ignored and guest kept consuming the same milk. Later the manager disappeared. The only amity that this resort has is swimming pool and kids play area and both are worst -Swimming pool - check the attached pics of the quality of the water. Upon checking in we were told that the pool is under maintanance since 2 days and would be ready to use from evevning, however the condition was the same after 3 days of our stay. From one of the waiter we got to know that the condition is the same since months as the cleaning cost is high and they tell each guest that it will be ready from next day. This is cheating. We complained about the same, however there was no help as the owners are not available and you know how the staff answers. Kids play area is not maintained as well and all broken rusted etc. Food and beverages are too costly and quality is alsi very bad so its a total waste of money -We ordered veg Manchurian and Pinc cola mocktail on first day, however both the food items were below the mark as per the rates, manchurian made of rubber (as it was too hard to chew) and the drink tasteless. They were also avoiding the room cleaning and we had to force the manager to do it everyday -The location of this resort is on the deserted road, so if you dont have your own vehicle it is not possible to reach the beach or the near market. It is far from the beaches and local market. The road outside is very lonely and not safe after sunset. They have comp. breakfast if you select so during booking, but its not work at all. They have limited options and take very long to serve and keep you waiting for ages -The staff is very rude and hardly available at reception. There are far better resorts near candolim beach/road that are way better.

In short it was a total waste of money for us as the food was bad, swimming pool was of n use, location was bad.

It is not a resort it is a lodge only to stay with difficult transport options, bad food rude staff etc.. not a single good aspect about...

Very poor hotel in Goa . This is make my trip high rated hotel but quality and service is very poor. This hotel change luxury suit room definition . Very poorly managed even bed they provide reused not done proper cleaning . Service is very pathetic. If you really trust any traveler feedback pls don’t book this hotel. We faced lot of issues in rooms . I can’t understand why company like Make my trip promoting this hotel in first search. We feel their commision is high for every booking. This hotel security level is very poor and not suitable for any families. These hotel services is so pathetic we spoil our vacation in this hotel. Even you can not take refund from your make my trip side. This hotel exclusively tieups with makemy trip for high commissions. We complain then make my trip start negotiations for refund instead trusting on customers feedback. We should stop using booking site like make my trip as well as this type of property. They are actually tarnished our country image in front of any tourist. Very few people aware make my trip a Chinese investor company earning profit through Gst malpractice, cheating customer, earning good commissions from bad service hotel. Ideally we should not pay single amount to makemy trip till we checking hotel and satisfied with rooms and others. This cheating business continues because they are taken your money with extrapolated rates and customer start suffering then they communicate with you through BoT a local travel agency is much better at least we can file FIR FOR CHEATING AND 420. this is humble request pls connect directly to hotel for booking for airline booking directly from airline company and save commissions earned by these company's without owning any ownerships for customer and without any penalty clause attached to service gap. Time to teach this middle company that we are not fool customers. Pls visit any hotel in same advance as booking done on these sites they will provide better service because this is direct booking and service responsibilities directly on head. The experience at the resort was very bad. The rooms are not clean there are lizards in the roome. There is termite infestation on the wooden skirting along the room wall therefore there is some reddish powder on the floor. The moment we entered the room it smelt like fungus. There is fungus and mould on the walls. The property is big but there is no proper lighting towards the rear end of the property. Orders must be given at the bar and then they will deliver in the restaurant, this was the first time I had to walk accross to a different place and request for some one to be sent over for taking our order. The service is also very bad they had served tea in a very stinky flask, they served us hot chocolate in glass with no handle so we had to wait for the Hot choclate to cool down in order to consume it, when they were confronted with question they said this is how they serve it all the time. The house keeping staff carelessly leaves their tobacco pouches in the room while cleaning, they do not come for cleaning up whenever they are called. On enquiry they said they are there on contract basis so they don't care after we are handed over the room. In the evening barbecue buffet we had to wait for 30 mins to get paneer tikka. Their chekin happens at a super slow pace but they are very strict for check out. I for the first time faced an auto down grade of the rooms in this property. The pool has a bar attached to it where people spill alcohol in the pool, so please don't have your kids in the pool when there are adult customers to poolside bar. Food is ok staff is ok infact not good on sooner instances.
