The Eternal Wave by Krish Retreat, Calangute, Goa — Hotel in Goa

Cleanliness they ROCK!! All promised were provided except Wi-Fi and Swimming Pool. We visited in last week of Mar and didn't get Wi-Fi fixed during our 4 day stay in 2BHK. Swimming Pool was under maintenance due to water leakage problem so couldn't comment on the usage of it. They provided very clean room and jus loved it.. Choose 3rd floor pool view rooms which is quite spacious. Kitchen has all basic utensils and in-house cooking was not that great to have. Awesome balcony space with pool view gives a relaxed feel of the holiday. Awesome stay It was a replacement to our booking with ACASA group and we are thankful to them for this stay. Awesome stay we had as a family in the D block of this residency. Highly recommended for stay with friends and family. Location is Great close to Baga and Calangute beach . These are fully furnished service aparmtents having living room with a private balcony and a swimming pool. Good Interiors, Basic cooking utensils. We stayed there for 4 nights and did not have any issues as such except the sofa bed was broken so were given a bed which was not so good.The place is really great and worth the money you pay, however it is not going to take it long to go down as the cleaning people I saw did not clean the common area or room well. In addition some guest were disgusting and threw cigi buds pizza booz all over their apartment. the management should be strict with guest who mess their property & the staff who just push trash from one part to other part... I was not expecting it to so good, but it was. Also there are people who have smoked in the so called non smoking rooms but they still give it to people who preferred non smoking.. One thing this annoyed me the most is WIFI.. do not expect your WIFI to do anything it is as slow as a turtle & expires every 2 days and you have to get the password from the fron desk, WIFI is basic & most imp to people these days so this is something which will make me book a different...

They are cheaters & shameless. I booked two apartments of Amore waves in september month. Our group of 5 families includes 19 persons including children. They told us that they will provide us two 3 bedroom apartments. On 12th January we arrived there at 3 pm after a long journey from Nagpur to Goa. We didn't find Amore Waves. After enquiry they told us that Amore Waves is the property inside Eternal waves. We were tired now. We went to reception. They told us that they will provide one apartment at Ground floor & other will be at 3rd floor. We didn’t accept this because we booked their hotel 4 months ago. We pressurise them to give us apartments at the same floor. But they refused us & told us that there is no commitment for this. They also offered that they can refund our advance deposit. But can anybody tell me that where we go now? We had no option. We decided to go & rest in the rooms. But when we went there we got two two bedroom apartments. We all shocked. I called them & told them that you have cheated us. He told me that he had given us 2 bedrooms & 1 sofa cum bed rooms apartments (No attached Bathroom). Can anyone accept this? At the time of booking he didn't cleared this. I louded on call & asked him- How can 5 families will adjusted in 4 bedrooms as 2 bedeooms were children bedrooms? After a long discussion they told that he will give us one bedroom apartment extra for one night only & tomorrow you & 3rd floor appartment will be shifted to ground floor's three bedroom apartment. We have no option we all were frustrated. So we accepted this. Next day our 3 families shifted to 3 Bedroom apartment at ground floor for another 3 nights. After arriving to my city, I complained them & demanded 50% refund because our group was not satisfied from their behavior. They refused us. Now you have to judge that they are...

Location: @2km away from main Calangute and Baga beach. Parking available in abundant but each time you come back place will be different. My Car got two times scratches by other visitors in parking space. No response by hotel authority. Looks: external: excellent Greenery and pool in centre which is safe for all ages. internal: rooms are designed nicely to accommodate all furniture. Bathroom: clean and hygiene , soap/Shampoo: only refilling on alternate day Shower: few holes blocked and so not good to take relaxing bath. Toilet: WC but it requires luck to get proper flushing buttons in Villa TV: just for the mere so called facility... No interesting channel for viewing Private pool: available with villa.. small yet taken care properly. Doors locking of villa are average. Door mat: less number available and average quality Kitchen: Good , but cleaning and furniture fitting not upto mark Utensils: requisite available but washing for reuse is a issue. Dining table: for villa where a family of Four is expected, only two chairs provided. AC: have patience it will cool your room after an hour. Lights: warm lights with potluck for their switches Refrigerator: excellent cooling but cabinet doors, racks broken. Food on call: costly and immediate cash only option. Service on call: good. Room Cleaning: not periodic, you have to call. They claim regular on website but its actually Alternate days. Overall: OverRated .. only opt if no choice available and visiting beach is only for once or max twice in your list .. 2 wheeler...
