Candolim Suites — Hotel in Goa

My recent stay was an absolute disaster, leaving me questioning how such a place could even be in operation.

Let's start with the room. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here. The sheets were stained, It felt less like a hotel room.

Upon checking in, I was looking forward to enjoying the amenities, particularly the swimming pool. However, to my dismay, I was informed by the staff that it is not cleaned and will not get cleaned till next day.new rules were in place each day regarding pool usage. This inconsistency was not only inconvenient but also completely unacceptable. It felt as though the hotel was making up rules on the fly, leaving guests in the dark and unable to plan their leisure time.

To make matters worse, the attitude of the staff towards enforcing these ever-changing rules was downright rude. Instead of providing clear explanations or showing empathy towards guests' frustrations, they adopted a dismissive and confrontational demeanor. It was as if they viewed guests as an inconvenience rather than valued patrons deserving of respect and courtesy.

The bathroom was no better. Mold crept along the grout lines, and the smell of mildew was overpowering. It was as if hygiene was a foreign concept to the staff. I've seen cleaner rest stops on long road trips.

And don't even get me started on the customer service. The staff were apathetic at best, downright rude at worst. It was as if they resented guests for daring to stay at their establishment. Requests for basic amenities were met with sighs and eye rolls, as if inconveniencing them was a cardinal sin.

This lack of professionalism and unwelcoming behavior cast a dark shadow over what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Instead, it left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected.

We are here for two days and it was a great experience and great property. This place have good junior and king suites to offer and it was great maintain property. Also on terrace you can have acess to swimming pool and there is little hall where you can do private party also with your friends and family. Location connectivity is quite good. Candolim beach is nearby and baga beach and Calangute beach is like 5kms from this place. Also kavita the manager is very cooperative and other staffs are also very friendly.
