We had our Christmas vacation at this resort. We booked room one month prior for 2 days. Resort Check-in time is 1 pm and check out time is 10pm. As we are reaching early morning at Goa, We requested to arrange a temporary room for refreshment before check-in. But resort guys arranged common bathroom and toilet which doesn't have a dress change room or proper bathroom. We faced difficulty at early morning, Hotel guys not even bother about that. Even we asked to give the room which we booked but they rejected our request as check in time at 1pm only. They told no rooms are free. our luggages we kept in one room near reception. My rating here zero (0)star.
Resort buildings are quite old ones, i felt, earlier this building might be a apartment complex. They have lots of rooms in multiple blocks and having facilities like swimming pool, which is very decent and good. My rating here is 3 star.
Our room is in a old block (I felt all blocks are old ones) room is very clean. It's look like a small 1 BHK flat but one of the room is closed and having kitchen and balcony. Room having AC and TV. AC was not working initially, i called reception and get it repaired. Bathroom and toilet are old one but clean. Kitchen having small refrigerator but nothing inside, resort guys should keep atleast some soft drinks and water inside later they can charge based on usage, unfortunately refrigerator was empty. My rating here is 2.5 star.
Complimentary breakfast will be provided which is good and decend. We had mandatory dinner on xmas evening which is quite decend but costly (1200/head) and most of the items are continental. Also had x mas part which was good and entertaining.. but I felt that the anchoring person giving more importance to foreign customers rather than indian customers who also stays in same resort. My rating here is 3.5 star.
We didnt have much interaction with Resort stafs so rating i can give 3 stars based on our interaction.
Overall rating i am giving 3 star out of 5.
Hope this review will...
Read moreI know the importance of google review so I will try to write every important thing that we look for while we search for a hotel..
It's an awesome property at main location of Goa.. and yes, it's grand..
The only thing was AC was not working properly in couple of rooms.. We booked 7 rooms for 14 adults and 4 kids.. But not a single person had any complaints about this resort..
This was my second trip to Goa and I think this resort was the best part of this trip.. Please note that here we are talking about a budget property so please don't compare it with other costly properties..
Overall it was a great experience.. I will give them 4.8 out...
Read moreThe place is decent. We got it through Air BnB and got connected to the owner directly. However one can take rooms from the resort as well.
Room- we had a 2bhk. It had 2 AC rooms, fully furnished. It had a balcony which came handy to dry off clothes as we stayed for a longer duration. The kitchen had 2 induction cooker and a fridge. It was useful for making tea and Maggie. The 2 bathrooms were okay as well, had a geyser.
Resort- it has a restaurant and a swimming pool. However, the pool was being cleaned and was closed as per COVID guidelines. The restaurant offers breakfast for people who booked rooms via the resort.
Parking- unfortunately the car parking is limited for 20 cars only first come first basis. A couple of times we got back late and didn't find a place. In such a case you can park along the main road, it's safe. We used to park outside Delfino mart. Ample space for 2 wheelers.
Food- there are many restaurants on the main road which have breakfast option. Aloo Puri, eggs, are some of the most common options available.
Beach- it is a 10mins walk for sure. It's close but you walk through people's houses. There are several entry points. The closest one cuts opposite a shop called "Look@me".
Delfino mart- this was very useful to buy water, milk, food, even liquor options available. It is barely 5 mins walk.
All and all it was a decent stay. We were a group of 5 so a 2bhk...
