Casa Cubo By The Beach — Hotel in Goa

Where do i even start? I booked this place way ahead of my arrival and had requested for transport from the airport. I usually would have to follow up with the property to ensure they remembered. But no, not this time. Dominic emailed me to confirm transport has been arranged and even gave me the driver’s number just in case I couldn’t find him. I thought that was some impressive service right there. Upon arrival, Dominic (the owner) made my check-in really quick, showed me to my room with my bags already there. The room was really more than what I had expected. There were coffee & tea facilities, a fridge, ac and fan, and cable tv with over a million channels (i spent almost an hour scrolling through all of it!). The room and bathroom was super clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable, clean, white sheets. It made me feel at home right away. And not to mention, love the balcony where i can see the beach. As i was traveling alone, Dominic sometimes includes me in his meals. Goan hospitality he says. Well, i think its the Dominic hospitality. He said i could use the living or the “patio” anytime i wanted. He even took me on a short tour in his car. I thought that was a really nice gesture. It was my home away from home. They treated me like family. ||It’s a quick walk to the beach and food is not a problem around here. Would recommend everyone...

The Roams and all are decent at this price range in North Goa. it is little bit inside. at night You will find dark and the roads don't have Street lights. inside. You have Zomato Available at this location. the Owner and helper both are nice and friendly. You will get clean Towel ,Soap and herbal Shampoo along with roam. you will also get a mini fridge Which is very helpful because usually People buy Alchohol and they want to booz at thier room in thier private space. so mini fridge is helpful. beds are Good and clean. I also checked for hidden camera and all stuff just to be on safe side. This Place is Safe and Even Owner is decent. Ac and all Good Condition Works Nice. Just had a single issue I one roam I was getting Hot water In hand wash Basin in one roam don't know why😂. The place is worth the Money. Even We Had Kept our luggage While we didn't want to pay 6500 again just for 5 hours . they helped us out with that We went to visit agoda fort and while we came back we got our bags and left for train. This location is easy convient if you get down at thivim. is it far away...

The villa is nothing like the photos. It was shabby and poorly maintained. We were a group of 7 families with kids, who were looking forward to this trip, sadly Casa Cubo killed the vibe. Had the caretaker been courteous we could have overlooked the Villa, however the from the moment we got there till the time we left he sat on the couch like a couch potato without moving. He wasn't welcoming and treated our group like we were college kids giving us instructions throughout. We brought food and drinks from outside and he asked us to not place it on the dining table, we asked for breakfast and he said it wasn't available. One afternoon the driver and the caretaker were watching cricket and they continued to sit on his couch after turning his head to glance at us. Another night we reached the Villa slightly late and he had locked the main door and we weren't able to enter. Thankfully, another room by the living room opened out to the cottage rooms and we were able to get to our rooms.
