Read more“I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at Casa de Katson Hotel, Goa, and it was primarily due to the behavior of the receptionist, Sailesh Bhai. His unprofessional attitude and complete lack of respect for guests made my stay very unpleasant.
Firstly, Sailesh Bhai he behaved as though he owned the hotel, showing a high level of arrogance and disregard for basic customer service. His demeanor was far from welcoming, and instead of making guests feel comfortable, he acted as a barrier to a pleasant stay.
What’s even more alarming is that he appeared to be running outside businesses, such as bike rentals, from within the hotel premises and bringing in outside people into the hotel. This not only disrupts the experience for paying guests but also creates a security concern. Such actions are highly unprofessional and unacceptable in any hotel setting.
Staying at a hotel should be a stress-free and enjoyable experience, but Sailesh Bhai’s behavior and actions were entirely contrary to this expectation. I strongly urge the hotel management to take immediate and serious action against such practices and train their staff to prioritize guest satisfaction and professional conduct.

Read moreI, along with my family, visited Goa during last week of December 2023. Because of peak season, we got a property that was not on the beach front. However, our apprehensions were put to rest the moment we entered Casa De Katson lobby. The courtesy of the hotel staff was impressive. The icing on the cake was the rooms. While we had done a virtual tour of the rooms before but the real rooms were very, very nice, comparable to any top 5 start rooms. The GM Mr. Runeet Bajaj upgraded us to a superior room as he realised that with kids, we may need more space. Mr. Bajaj and his team guided us on our itinerary and took full ownership of that. We were offered a customised breakfast menu, keeping in mind kids' preferences as well. We never felt that we were away from home. My brother missed his flight, and Mr. Bajaj immediately arranged a room for him and his family during this peak season last minute rush. I recommend this family hotel to everyone.
