I’m born and brought up in Delhi and have grown up on street food in Delhi. I now live in Goa and always have craved getting that taste here but never did. Then one day I came across this place in Panjim called MannPasand!! A lot of places advertise that they have the taste of delhi in their food but it never happens. So I went in and met Tejas who runs the place and he asked me to try once and check the taste. The ustad he has to make the chhole bhature is from Delhi and the taste of the chhole bhature here are divine. He was so passionate while talking about his adventures. Next visit got to meet his wife and she was equally smiling. Another visit and we got to meet his son and he was hospitable too. Working in nearby PNB, overall this place offers very nice authentic Delhi-side food and it feels good to see a Delhi-ite shining in Goa like this. A delhite venture in Panjim starting his own snack corner with main attractions and attention going towards chole bhature and khulche very new to goan taste buds. Tasted the dahi papdi and sev puri.
