Though the steaks are good the place is not the cleanest. I don’t know whether they were under staff or what but didn’t get good service. We had ordered for 5 steaks and all came one by one so like one was eating while the others had to just watch 😄and while ordering the waiter said no French fries only mash potatoes but when we got our steak there was no mash potatoes also just little veggies...when asked he said they are still preparing it and they served it almost when we were done eating the steak. The last steak didn’t get veggies also and when asked they said it’s over 😂. They should inform the guest before serving and not only when asked . They should have at least given some discount on serving incomplete dish. Price wise it’s like 250 and above for chicken steak and 350 and above for beef steak which I felt is overrated. In times of COVID they should follow the proper cleaning and disinfecting the seating area but the waiter just wiped the table throwing all the food pieces down on the floor and while serving us he brought and kept the forks and knifes on the table in a bunch instead of giving it on a plate or something. I have been visiting this place since many years only for the love of their food. Must say its excellent. But it's been a while now that I stopped going to this place only because of their service. Each time I visit I always order mixed seafood peri peri and we love it .after having it a lot many times only once we got fish which was spoiled so had to return it. But that was absolutely ok because in this field it happens we understand that we have no complaints for that. After this I went there many times but I never got mixed seafood sizzler when its already in the menu. Whenever I order, the service guy (the bar attender) comes and tell Us the fish is frozen as if they serve it without cooking. His attitude is intolerant. The service guys have no sign of recognition nor smile on their face even if they have seen you 1000 times. When it is very important in hospitality industry. I have taken many of my friends and family members there. Some of them used to go there regularly, even they stopped going there because of the attitude of service guy.
