CASA EUPHORIA — Hotel in Goa

This is by far the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had — and I travel a lot.

I had booked this hotel one week in advance and paid the full amount beforehand, clearly confirming with them that late-night check-in was allowed if payment was made in advance. THEY AGREED.

But when I reached the hotel late at night after a long and tiring journey, these unprofessional people completely failed to honour their word. No proper communication, no support, and ZERO professionalism. I was left stranded in the middle of the night because of their carelessness. Disgusting service and extremely poor hospitality.

If you have even a little bit of self-respect and value your time and money, STAY AWAY from this hotel. They LIE at the time of booking, take your money, and then treat you like you're a burden.

This hotel doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I wish there was an option for negative rating. Shame on such management and staff.

Worst Ever Experience at all.

Lot of Hide Conditions. Normally all conditions should be on the Front door but this very wise Hotel Staff has kept all the Conditions at the back door.

While you checkout they will check your room as a CBI Officers & if they found very simple dots on any of the Bedsheets then they will charge 1500 Rs to you per Bedsheet. Even these Hotel is available for 800 Rs Per night but their so called 10 RS Bedsheets, they are taking 1500 Rs from you.

Hotel owner is the big mind Guy for all these things & he is the Villain for all these things. If you are not agree to Pay then they will simply closed the Hotel doors & as they are locallist they will behave like anything & get their Money...

Because Apni gali me to Chuha bhi Sher ban jata hai...

Worst Worst Worst Ever... Please do not go for this Hotel at all.

If you have a Family & Small Child then don't even go there as you are under the Risk...

A very mediocre hotel. Everything is comprised from bed, electricity, hot water, hygiene, room service and everything that's related to hotel stay. Rooms are not clean. Electric Switches are broken. Bedsheets are worn to the extent to be thrown away. Electricity cut every now and then. The refrigerator is rusted badly and smells bad. They take 2k as an advance security deposit. What is there valuable in their rooms for which they are worried about them to get damaged? Probably everything there is either broken or about to break and they get a chance to charge you for anything that gets damaged easily. The TV wasn't working and the reason for it was given as there is some overhead tank work is going on. We were there for 3 days and there was no sign of any work going on. The solar water was not even warm at 11am. I would highly recommend to stay away from this hotel if you are taking your family with you and unless you are very tight...
