Baskin Robbins, Candolim Calangute Road — Restaurant in Goa

Feels like robery in plain sight. No change of 5 Rupees, so chocolates like Cadbury chocolair are handed instead of money. This is ridiculous, if you know what kind of change you need and you cannot provide it, also only cash payments accepted, nothing like payTM or Google pay is accepted; it does not seem legitimate. I asked the person at the bill counter to keep the chocolates for himself. Had it happened once it had left some chance to doubt, but 2 minutes later the same thing repeated when my wife made another purchase.

My Mistake I did was not demand a bill, but that it was not handed to me also says volumes. I hope baskinRobinns take notice along with the actual owners, seems like employees are handling the shop, no owner would support such a thing.

I am never going back here and I hope other customers take the cue.

Probably one of the bad ones I have been to. They never seem to have half of the special on the menu and neither do they have the Banana Royal. I mean what is the real issue I think more spot checks need to be done by company auditors. So as per advice by the owner i went again today next Friday and to my dissappointment no banana royale again this time no. May be i should take my own next time and go 😂😂. Or may be again excuses are going to be made about it being off season and how the shop stores more than it's required to. Dear owner sir it's not your customers problem or look out how many flavors you store bottom line is what I wanted more than two times now you have not had it available. Also I didn't not have a problem with your staff having lunch behind the counter but that might be a vialotion of some helth standards...

I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. They didn’t show any interest in helping or serving properly, and their attitude was quite unprofessional. It felt like they didn’t even want to serve customers, let alone provide good service.

To make matters worse, the ice cream offered was subpar – not what you usually expect from Baskin-Robbins. There was no enthusiasm or effort from the staff to guide or recommend flavors either.

Honestly, it seemed like they were doing us a favor just by being there. It was a really unpleasant visit, and I hope the management takes serious note of this. Baskin-Robbins is known for its quality and hospitality, and this outlet does not live up to...
