Must stay if you're looking for a budget stay. Each 1bhk has a kitchenette with basic utensils. Microwave, RO and burner. Best if staying with kids, make popcorn, maggi, tea, coffee whenever you want. Room service includes cleaning and washing utensils. Pool is well maintained and not very deep. Can be used by kids provided you have ur own floaties.

Few 1bhks has balconies too incase if you have a preference other wise have French windows all looking over the pool.

Have few shops infron of the residence if you want to buy basic essentials like milk, bread eggs etc for breakfast.

Property is mostly sold out so early check-in may not be possible always. Each room has A/C and enough for 2adults+1child. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are small but very clean. Hot water available. Each 1bhk has its own individual Wi-Fi best for those looking for a long stay. Parking within the premises available. Gated property so it's safe. Safe for kids too.

Check prices online as they flactuate a lot. We first booked 6nghts for 15k from MMT and 2 days later it was available for 13k at Agoda . Most of the OTA(online travel agency) offers the stay with NIL cancellation 24hrs before check-in.

We cancelled, got full refund and booked via Agoda. Saved 2k. Don't expect better rates from the hotel, book online.

We booked online and very glad to see that the property and rooms are exactly as seen in the photos.The apartment was very spacious, well furnished and equipped with every facilities you need for a holiday stay. Fantastic location with beaches, shops, supermarket and a variety of restaurants, in walkable distance. You can enjoy late night parties and reach back safely as there is many events happening in the locality.We stayed for three days and it was raining day & night. First we were slightly disappointed but we rented a scooter which is available in front of the property, bought raincoats and start exploring the rainy vibes of Goa. Belive me, it was amazing. Main reason was the stay.Staffs are very friendly, helpful and well mannered.They let us check early and allowed us to use the room until 12:00 PM free of cost. We extended our stay till 2:00 PM for Rs. 1000 additional charge but checked out at 3:00 PM. The manager, receptionist, housekeeping staff, security, everybody was amazing. Currently they don't have any in-house F&B facilities but there is lot of restaurants in the locality. If you like to cook, all the facilities available. Online food delivery apps are available but you need to collect the food from the gate, as strangers are not allowed inside, which will give you safety assurance. This is service apartment so do not expect any hotel experience. Only advantage you get is extra room. This apartment is having hall and bedroom. It is having gas cylinder facility in kitchen which is right at entrance. But for three/ four days of vacation you would not like to play with gas stove. Typically you miss any tea, coffee / snacks room service in morning. They are having buffet breakfast in the morning having two items ( 200 rupees/ person) which should be avoided. No staff will be present at breakfast area. Every apartment is having different furniture which is decided by owner of that individual apartment. In my apartment, bedroom was not having any side table even to keep mobile / glasses. I had to keep ac remote over wardrobe. Overall huge inconvenience. While booking this apartment i was having hard time to get hold of person to get basic info. So I suggest if you are on leisure vacation go for other hotel having restaurant and room service rather than isolated apartment like this one.
