A lil Detailed review .HOPE U FIND IT HELPFUL||Let me start with the the pros and then the cons 😊||Met the sweet lady owner of the property on the second day of our stay Ms.Shanti.||Thanks for hosting us ❣️||The pros||1.VIEW VIEW VIEW ANY DAY ( we opted for the room which has the pink diwan and it was a treat to the eyes😍 waking up to the rains and the views of the ocean( enjoy ur meal or ur fav chai on the diwan any day ) serene and peaceful .||2. The one and only one person when you are here and should ask for the number is Mr Lolesh . You can blindly bank on him to run and get ur needs sorted out in no time be it the property, food, cleaning and with a smiling face. Even if it means running down the stairs umteen times . Which he did 😂||3. Mr. Lolesh ( another pro to the property)||As it so happens the property does not provide any room with a intercom so one needs to call the staff on their mobile for any requirement to be in terms Room service, food ,cleaning, water bottle ,cups mugs list is onnn ( mentioned in Cons) But this guy was running up and down the stairs umteen times as the Goa mobile network is bad and every time we called him he use to come to the room to collect the orders. Thanks loleesh for giving us the best room service 👍 to arranging things for us from hairdyrer, electric kettel etc||5. Food is 5 out of 5 delicious 😋Must try Garlic Prawns they give the Jumbo ones , Garlic chicken and sandwiches 👌||Let's come to Cons.||1. Once we check in we had to ask the manager to set up the basic amenities that this room should have even though we checked in at 6 pm there were no ELECTRIC KETTEL,COFFEE TEA SACHETS, TOILETRIES ,SPOON , MUGS . ( We were told by the owner Ms.Shanti that they were not aware of three people checkin and so they had prepared the room as in a case of twin sharing)||THE ROOM WAS NOT PREPARED I WOULD SAY AS PER THE MENTIONED STANDARDS.||SINCE WE HAD OPTED FOR THE ROOM WHICH IS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE PROPERTY.||After that we had to keep calling the Manger Mr.Raj through our mobiles , his mobile went switched off and then we were stranded to look for another number to get our room problem solved or walk down to the reception to tell. Since we were tired we were in no mood to walk down.||It was a bit of a struggle till we got lolesh numberand then he attended to our calls everytime.||2. When we checked in the Fan was not working they got that fixed in no time.||3. Small fixatures are broken the key holder, the flush button, the towels were a lil stained here and there .||4 Sheet on the diwan were stained and smelly.||5.If ur travelling during the rains carry ur umbrella or buy one as the resort has one which is usually not available.||Small things not much which can be managed||But all in all it was a pleasant, peaceful and...

Read moreHad been here on 5th October, 2022 for a stay of 4 days but had to vacate after 2 days since the manager and the owner refused to keep up their word. I informed the management well in advance that a couple of my friends will arrive on 7th morning and will need an extra room. The same was reconfirmed by me the night before i.e. on 6th evening. The manager confirmed that room is available and we negotiated the price too. I informed that my friends would arrive at 09:30 in the morning. Next day my friends arrived at 10:30 in the morning. The management made them wait for around 2 hours stating that room isn’t available but would be available at 12 noon. The management also refused to give the room at the agreed price and demanded more. When questioned about the booking done by me previous evening for the agreed price, the manager claimed that he received online bookings for a higher price. This kind of behaviour is very unethical to give away rooms if got a higher price. Finally, we decided to checkout since the management was not trustworthy. Spoilt wholeday because of their backtracking.|Rooms are pretty basic without tv, mini fridge or cupboards. Only good thing is that it is located on the beach. Management may reply stating various wrong things on our part, but this kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable. We had own vehicle so wasn’t a problem changing to another resort. Avoid if you don’t want to be cheated, backstabbed and spoil your holiday. Restaurant is good but service is slow, also...
