Colors — Hotel in Goa

I went for 3 nights and 2 days and stayed in 1bhk. I visited this property in late May. Not online booking. I got this booking at an unbelievable price, maybe because I visited during the off-season.

It was a great and memorable and comfortable stay for us.

The locality is very silent which I preferred as we don't get this at cities. Too near the beach. We used to go to the beach any time at day and night without any concern.

Positives: 100 mtrs from Anjuna beach. Free parking. Good behaviour of the owner. Working AC. Working TV with all kids channels was available for my daughter.🙂 Working Fridge. Working Microwave. Working gas stove with cylinder. Enough utensils for a small family to cook and serve meals. Clean rooms, bathroom, balcony, and surroundings. Many beer shops and restaurants nearby. Zomato/swiggy allowed. Very quiet environment and surroundings. Nightlife parties available for all at the beach. You can go to the beach and come to your rooms any and as many times you want as the room is only 100 mtrs away from the beach ⛱️

Negatives: No packaged drinking served. RO system water available at ground floor. Self service system. No room cleaning service provided to us. Though the cooking shelf looked clean but too many ants only in that cooking and utensils washing area. Food services not available within...

Great stay During our stay at the resort, the ambiwas truly enchanting. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by lush greenery and beautifully landscaped gardens that set a serene tone for our getaway. The soft sounds of nature, combined with gentle music playing in the background, created a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding The lighting was soft and inviting, especially in the evening when the resort was illuminated with warm, ambient lights that added a romantic touch.

The rooms were equally impressive. Ours was spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring a blend of modern amenities and traditional decor that reflected the local culture. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our day of exploring. Large windows offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape, allowing us to wake up to breathtaking sunrises. The bathroom was well-equipped with luxurious toiletries and a large soaking tub, which made for a perfect way to relax after a day of adventures.

Though the beach is just a stone's throw away yet the property is not worth staying. To begin with just in front is a swamp land with all kinds of diseases breeding in it. The keeper Harish is a good man, serving right with the little amount of authority he has. The owner claims it to be a world class place but it's just the opposite. It's more of a JUGAAD type of place. To the services they don't have they fix by jugaad. The room was not ready for us and they offered us a smaller damper something like a room for the first night citing unavailability when we had booked 5 months in advance. The light was not stable and the fluctuation never let the a/c to be turned on. Their apartment for 4 is rubbish if you get the backyard facing balcony. There's no view and the room is small enough for four. They provide you mattresses for two people and with the mattresses spread out there's not much room left for movement. Water is provided on demand only. And they might even ask you to shift to a more skimpier place just to woo more guests. Though the room looks like just in the pics that's what draws one to the place but the surrounding is not pleasant. And I would not recommend this place to anyone. P.s.
