Cupid's Castle Resort — Hotel in Goa

First of all, Google should give an option for minus/negative rating. If this was there, I would have given minus 5.

Most horrific experience, I have ever had in my life, staying at this worthless hotel.

They entrap the customers saying that they have cheaper rooms available. But when you go, they enhance the charges with rude attitude, saying "baki jagah isse v jada rate hai". At that time, if you are tired, you have no option but to take the room. On call, they said they are charging 700 and not to worry about charges as it can be reduced. When I reached, they said they will charge 1000. And yes, please be careful. The owner might show you his earlier bookings where they have written false high amount just to show customers that they are charging this much. In my case, after a lot of argument, they charged me 700 but while writing, they mentioned 1000 and the owner told me that he would show this amount to othe customers.

Talking about rooms. Rooms are really really dirty. Bathroom is horrific. Towels are dirty as well. If you can adjust, even after loosing your pocket, most welcome. Most importantly, during my stay, the bathroom pipe had a leakage problem and entire water got drained and my room was full of water. So much wastage of water. Just because I had paid, I had to adjust.

Talking about the behaviour. "Grahak bhagwan hota hai" - perhaps they have never heard of this. The hotel staffs are very very rude.

Getting such services even after loosing your pocket is...

The owner is rude, mean, and an incredibly obnoxious human being. We asked for all-outs cause this place was swarming with mosquitoes, and the owner threw a fit cause I asked him at midnight (I had asked twice before too). The son of the owner is still ok. Now, about the actual rooms; they are all matchboxes. No jet sprays in the washrooms. We had balls of hair under the door, which was a delightful surprise. There is no exhaust in the washroom either ( smells swampy and salty at the same time). They lure you in with the promises of an ac and you stay thinking, ‘oh, this is not a bad deal at all for the amount I’m paying.’ Then, you go out and swim and party and get drunk and you come back to this room and your brain...

TERRIBLE PLACE. Don't go here. The staff is rude and disconcerned about your stay. Extremely inhospitable. Such people should not be in hospitality. We wanted to book online when it was available, and they refused to give us a room if we booked online cause they would be making lesser money. The bathroom was full of mosquitoes and was stinking. The room was small and dusty. You can hear everyone living on that floor through the walls Because it's so small and cramped. I'd rather suggest, pay 1000 more and stay somewhere apart...
