Elvin's Balaji Beach Place — Hotel in Goa

Good Hotel but dishonest and Rude staff. We stayed for two nights. Staff gave us early check in by paying extra at 0830hrs in the morning. For late check out on 9th we requested and we were ready to pay extra. But Manager agreed till 1200hrs and denied late check out bcoz of they got booking for that particular room.

After sometime a lady from reception comes to our room says that we can check out at 1600hrs and we need to pay in cash Rs.600/-. We agreed. We left the room at 1600hrs and paid her Rs.600/- we kept our luggage at the reception and went to have lunch. When we came back the lady at the reception demanded for more Rs.400/- stating that Manager has asked to collect. When I requested the lady and a gentleman at the reception to let me speak to the Manager. The Gentleman starting absuing that we as guest don't have manners he also used many inappropriate words. When I warned him to mind his language he said IT IS GOA AND THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. He also hit the reception girl and spoke nonsense about her. When I gave review on make my trip the management has written on us. I think the AMM management should check the reception camera recording and also staff cheating the Management. Never expected such nonsense from a staff. And the worst Elvin place do entertain and encourage staff. By replying negative comments on Guest and not...

Everything was going very well. Early check in was provided by charging extra on dated 7 Feb. Good Room, food and staff. On check out I requested for late check out which I was ready to pay but the manager denied due to last .in booking. One Female staff approached our room and told that we can stay till 1600hrs but have to settle the charges in Cash Rs.600/-. After we checked out we kept our luggage at reception as we had our Bus at 1900hrs and paid cash. We were having lunch when the same female staff approached us and mentioned that you need to pay more cash as Manager have told them to collect. I went to reception and requested them to connect me to the Manager. But one male staff with piercing on his face starting shouting and abusing. When I requested him to be polite and can't abuse your guest. He mentioned that IT IS OK IN GOA.I asked Manager number but he denied to give he also spoke inappropriate way with the female staff which I can't write he also raised his hand on her. Situation going out of control. We moved out with our luggage from there. ||||I think they don't fear of...

Beware.. don't ever book this hotel.. pathetic staff, irresponsible manager and dishonest management.. my aadhar card was taken by aslam (staff) at the time of checkin.. he said he would return in a while.. next day i checked out and forgot about the aadhar card and aslam didn't return.. i left goa and recalled on the way.. i called up the hotel and the desk girl said she will courier on my address but after that i called uo so many times and they stopped answering my calls and messages.. i talked to one of their management person Mr. Santosh.. he also assured me that he will courier my aadhar to given address but it has been more than 18 days and now they don't even answer.. i even gave them option of cutting my aadhar into pieces over a video call so that i rest assured that it won't be used for illegal acts.. but they cut the call and now not responding 😤 I am feeling helpless to get my aadhar back as i live in gujarat.. cant go back to goa just for aadhar card.. such people are spoiling image of goa.. i love goa but please beware of such hotels.. elvin's balaji place hotel...
