Мы бронировали заранее этот отель через сервис Агода, на 2 дня. Все было подтверждено, но отель нас не заселил. Сказали, что нет мест, помогать нам никто не стал. Хорошо, что это было дневное время, а не ночь. Мы с маленьким ребенком остались без жилья, спасибо друзьям, что помогли найти где остановиться. Не советую этот отель из-за их ужасного отношения к клиентам. Не бронируйте здесь жилье, иначе останетесь на улице. We booked this hotel in advance through the Agoda service, for 2 days. Everything was confirmed, but the hotel did not check us in. They said that there were no places, no one began to help us. Good thing it was daylight and not night.
