Red Rock Arambol Beach — Restaurant in Goa

First of all, don't get fooled by the photos and the name of it. It's ticked to be a beach hotel/resort. This is not a beach hotel / resort this is just a building away from the beach and reaching this hotel is a task. The washroom and toilet seat are terribly unclean, giving the impression they haven't been cleaned for ages. The wash basin and hanging plastic mirror are positioned awkwardly, making it difficult to wash your face or brush your teeth without getting water everywhere. The bathroom floor is covered in a thick layer of dirt, making the tile color barely visible. Upon seeing further we found stains on the bedsheet and pillow cover. The fridge was extremely dirty and smelly, with cockroaches inside. The air conditioning wasn't working, and the temperature was fixed at an uncomfortable 26 degrees. When we asked for the remote to adjust it, the hotel staff said it wasn't available.

I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. Please consider alternative...

I am a frequent traveller. My experience with this property is really worst. Please go through below which I faced on my last trip to Arambol Goa.

This guys are there to fool you, they have uploaded plenty of pics on bookings and google etc but all pics are very old. When I booked red rock I called Mr. Prakash several times before reaching the property and everytime he assured me that rooms are available and when I reach there he alloted room in hotel called Chilles because rooms in red rock were not available even though I booked it 3 weeks prior and belive me the room was in extremely pathetic condition.(washroom door was broken, 1 bulb was there no light in the room, toilets were extremely dirty, no hot water available)

No one would pay 500 rs for such dirty room and he charged 4338₹ for 2 days.

Somehow I managed to cancel the booking and recover my money but It had wasted my precious 4 hours of vacation.

I feel all other reviews are fake or published...

Very comfortable stay. Dont think twice to book this property. It Has all the amenities needed. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Property is just right beside the beach. Hotel also offers free wifi. I would like to mention the owner’s behavioir was fantastic. He went extra mile to help us and was guiding us the while trip on where to get good food and scooty. I will definately book this place again when i am in Goa. Red...
