ila in Beach Resorts Morjim — Hotel in Goa

Worst experience ever. Do not trust this hotel they are running a scam. I am sharing my experience here: We booked this hotel from agoda site and did payment also, when we reached hotel they said no booking is there on our name. Then we called owner of this hotel he told to do booking on counter, we did booking for 2 rooms, the receptionist told to do payment the other day when we will do checkin, however we insisted to give full payment so he denied telling that as owner has told so booking is confirmed.

The day when we supposed to do checkin, we reached hotel they told they are fully booked, then they told they have other property also there we can stay, as we didn't have time and any place to stay we agreed. We can full payment whatever they asked and took two rooms. But rooms were not in good condition however we stayed as just for 1 night we needed shelter.

We did checkin and placed our luggage at room and went to baga beach. At night when we came back, room lock was not opening and it got stuck, so we asked manager to either break the lock or give another room to stay. He behaved rudely and didn't gave any solution to the problem, didn't even agreed to break the room lock and asked us to wait for morning until some repair man comes to fix the lock.

Even after calling owner so many times, he didn't pick up and manager also didn't help, we called police. Police came and break the lock then only we were able to enter the room that we paid for.

Room condition was also not good, there was water issue in wash rooms, even ants in bed and room was not even cleaned.

These guys have scammed other tourist also who were staying there. People booked the property online and these guys told its site issue due to which booking happened and they asked them to stay in another property.

WORST PLACE! WORST OWNER! RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND...

Really a good hotel. People co-operated very well. It was 3 day trip. They have changed management. So quality graph is at good growth. In Goa, season matters a lot. So based on season you will getting options too. Naturally rough like people, but not in heart. Slightly inconvenient approach. But In a place like beach side or a forest section, best roads are, which leads to a destination. Pricing is very reasonable. Stay is comfortable. Room cleanliness variable due to weather. Facilities appreciable. Restaurant boys and front office assistants are very down to earth. If you know the language of love you will find this place outstanding and entire Goa too.. Very convenient place for Morjim beach. Not so far from Callangute which is one of the major activity area. most of the visiting places are within 20Kms from this hotel. No need to worry you can ask for arrangements of transport, such as rented bike or car hotel people will help you to find one with reasonable prices. Best services will be provided as per the availability.

I think just small corrections may required like breakfast quality etc. But menu items are cooked really well. At the same time management is working on quality development.

Hi, I have been to this hotel recently and the hotel is full of flaws. We had the worst staying experience ever. I would start from the quality of the room, The room given to me had holes made by ants and the bathroom was already dirty when we checked in. the fan was not working which took them 3 days to repair. To top that even the AC was not working for our room(we took two rooms). They have strange breakfast rules. they don't have adequate variety of booze with them. The set top box was not recharged and when we complained about it, we were asked to recharge it on our own. I mean the guest were asked to recharge the tv . And the pool which they flaunt so much. No one is allowed to the pool most of the time. They always make an excuse of"We have put chlorine in the pool right now". And the food of this hotel is costly too. All in all if you are going to relax in goa , dont book this hotel. U will waste your time in complaining only. Oh by the way, staff is rude too. not...
