Amazing place to stay! First of all you should go with the right expectations. Hereby listing all that you may experience Pros: Welcoming Owner and he helped in guiding us regarding the places to visit. Great rooms, especially the first floor rooms with a balcony. Clean and well maintained pool. Have to be little careful if you are traveling with a kid as the depth of pool is 5 ft. Secluded and quiet place away from the busy streets. It was a little challenging to find the place, However that makes it better Don't miss the nearest morjim beach if you stay here. Free wifi. Helpful staff Considerate owner he allowed us to extend our stay without any additional charges.
Cons: These are the things which can be ignored however, if they are on your top priority this place isn't for you. No intercom: you need to physically go to the pantry area and convey your requirements The kitchen is limited for breakfast which is complimentary (if you have booked a room with free breakfast), lunch and dinner you MUST order from outside. Changing Linens regularly
Overall a five star rating especially for the price...
Read moreI wouldn't rate the rooms pretty high since there are many pertinent reasons to consider. The room is spacious but the bathroom is an absolute disaster. we can't spill water anywhere except the shower cubicle for some strange reason and it became quite the hassle to maintain it that way. Also the owner was rude but the watchman is kinda nice. Do remember, he is the one who prepares your breakfast. Don't expect a buffet spread. He dishes out a couple of items for the day to choose from and after your selection he prepares that. Albeit the food portions are definitely not sumptious but they are indeed delectable. Coming to the location, it is kinda located in the slums. Attaching a picture of the pig sty neighbouring this property. The roads are pretty narrow and parking is on the street. We had to cancel an early morning trip since our car was blocked by another car and we were helpless at that ungodly hour and resentfully retired to the bed for that day. Bottled water will be provided. Do note it is a litre per day. Apart from being close to a secluded beach, this property has nothing...
Read moreTip : Don't drive your car to the hotel if possible as the road is very narrow. The owner is very rude and arrogant.
Positive side : The hotel rooms are cosy and warm since the complete hotel is of wooden flooring and sealing. The rooms were clean. The swimming pool was operational. The hotel is half kilometre away from the Morjim beach.
Negative side : The road to hotel is very narrow. The hotel is very small. The bathroom geyser wasn't working well hence there was no hot water. TV was also not operational. The bathroom tap was having very less water pressure including shower , toilet and wash basin. Which checks your patience while using the washroom. Washroom is also very congested which has wooden flooring which absorbs water. The most disrespectful is the owner of the hotel. He doesn't even care about his guest. He was drunk , rude and arrogant to us when we came to the hotel in the night around 11 pm. This is not the way to speak to your guests. He was not at all professional. Even he was shouting his servants in...
