Stop the NOISE! Unfortunately there was not enough warning in the reviews to know that this hotel is no longer a place to sleep or enjoy the sound of waves.  If you want to enjoy anitSocial and other over-the-top all night bass blasting that shakes the hotel, walls, bed and your head, this is it.  Management also decided to outdo their neighbor and blast louder music in the dining area, which provides the only access, sitting and relaxing area at the narrow hotel.  I did get a second story chalet and it was really nice, no real view but an ok balcony.  I I could list the benefits and efforts the management team delivers in their hotel product, but that would be a waste of space and time in this review, a guest will not sleep, will not enjoy the sound of waves and will not get a view or pool that is equal to other same priced resorts.  When I have to leave after one night, losing money ( over $200) and making for a stressful exit it is not a good sign at all.  I did not get a good warning about the hotel, you the future guest are getting a clear warning, which is why there are reviews.  This would have been three stars, but it is a rare one star for me.  Ouch. I took a big loss of sleep and money. The blasting never quit and it was earthshaking. They should take legal action on their neighbor

One of the most horrifying luxury stay hotel In a nutshell, Being a traveller for 10+ years , I would say this property is not value for money. Location : 1/5 Service :1/5 Food : 1/5 Room: 0/5 ( A sea view window whose curtains can’t be opened) Hygiene : 1/5 It’s my first time with this property and after reading the reviews relevance I could relate and understand this resort has gone down in graph severely. What I witnessed was extremely shocking No cleanliness in the room , sofas have undeniable stains of salt water and sand There was fluctuations in electricity every 20 minutes and AC is on direct power making it to start with delay of 5 minutes So you only get 15 minutes of air condition while you pay a wholesum amount Beddings are placed north facing so be ready to wake up with head heaviness Toilet seat is broken , leakage on the WB They serve continental breakfast buffet slowing re heating on electric stove Don’t expect flavour taste and savoury meals here Paying close to 10000/- per night exclusive of breakfast and getting these service is unacceptable I’m uploading images with timestamp of all night grabbing pictures of AC and fan being shut and sweat in heat ! Beware

Great place.. very good hospitality and staffs were very friendly and understanding. The way to the resort is bit small road and lot of chances to get struck if there are any huge vehicles oncoming on the road. Beach access is pretty good. Ground floor rooms are much bigger and serene than the 1st floor rooms. But some of the first floor rooms come with beach view but from my point of view it ain't worth it.. Overall a very pleasant and peaceful stay. If there are any events conducted in antisocial which is located couple of building away from this place, it's a bit noisy and usually events go late night.. if you're planning to go with your elderly parents please keep this in mind. We booked 3 rooms and stayed there for 3 days.

Giving a 1 star since there was no option for No Stars. This place had nothing great that the other reviewers were bragging about. I’m sure these must be paid reviews. We booked this place for 3 nights between the 13th and 16th of Aug through MakeMyTrip. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality and I guess they had shut down on account of monsoon and were just accepting booking as they were coming by. The chalets were all covered with plastic sheets and it felt like we were entering into a construction site to get into our room. The key card was not charged since the card machine was not working; half of the lights in the room had fused off and no one bothered to even check these. The lounge facing the beach had been removed and nothing was there. The entrance to the beach from the resort had trash filled in that you would think twice going past that. The entrance door to the beach and the chairs in their restaurant were all completely rusted and the bar had just empty cup boards. When we enquired with the reception, and subsequently with Gurmeet - the GM of the property, we were told that we should have checked about the facilities available before checking in. And he was claiming that there was no other property in Morjim which was even open and functional. They were atleast honest and have not opened considering the monsoon or the shortage on staff and we’re not misleading the customers. MakeMyTrip clearly sends out a disclaimer in their booking journey about any details that you need to be aware before choosing the property or even asks customers to call the hotel before booking/ checking in. There was no such info about this property whatsoever.

When we showed the pictures put on the site and the actual condition of the chalets and the resort, the GM was indirectly saying it was our fault and he couldn’t do anything with respect to cancellation. We still had lunch from their restaurant - The food very very bad and we had a major stomach upset post that. Seeing our discontent, the GM offered to give discounts on F&B and even a bottle of wine to make us feel good. We felt really cheated with the overall thing and immediately rejected the offer. The next day morning breakfast was really unpalatable and that’s when we decided to let go off the money that we paid for the next 2 nights and checked out of the place. I’ve never felt offended by any hotel this way. The GM didn’t charge us for the lunch that we had the previous day and that was the favor from his side. I booked for the next 2 nights in another nice property at half the price of this and am very thankful to LR because of which I found this other beautiful property. I’m sure Gurmeet - the General Manager would have his defence ready for each of these points. But any person having a decent conscience would not even try taking a defence here. PLS BOOK IF YOU WANT TO SPOIL...

It was a 4 night stay for us and it was a wonderful stay. Thankyou team LR for the amazing service. PROS- Check In - was very smooth and hassle-free, after landing in Goa, I have called them and informed that we will be reaching in an hour and the Room was completely ready along with all the check in formalities done. I just had to provide our IDs and we were good to go. They even had turned on the room AC beforehand so we got a good clean and chill room that helped with the tiredness from the journey. Breakfast - was absolutely delicious everyday and served on time with prompt service. Room Service - was amazing and prompt. Cleanliness - the entire property right from parking, pool, lobby, restaurant, rooms was absolutely clean and hygiene was maintained. Location - The property is located at the beautiful and clean Morjim beach, it gives you direct access to the beach from inside the property itself. Its restaurant & bar along with seating area is sea facing which is couple of steps away from the rooms. Cafes and Restaurants - Lots of nice/party places like Saz on beach, tomatoes, the White, etc are really close to the property at a walking distance accessible directly from the beach. Best for Family, couples, mixed group.

CONS- Food Menu - Although the restaurant gives a complete variety in sea food and chicken dishes, it's vegetarian menu is quite limited and boring. F&B costs - the restaurant is quite expensive especially prices of alcohol given situated in goa. Drinks rate at the restaurant is similar to Pune, Mumbai clubs and pubs rate (like - 250 for a Pint of beer!) however the ambiance and view makes up for it. You will get a lot of options nearby to eat and drink during on season.

All in all a wonderful experience will definitely be going back to LR...
