Monarch Suites, Goa — Hotel in Goa

This stay was very very very small. Pictures shared by Owner does not match the room they gave. Not at all worth the price provided for 2 nights. Bathrooms slippery. No new bedspread used , blankets to use at night was not suitable for AC stay and no space to walk comfortably atleast. Worst stay ever experienced. No soaps provided.

Check in time updated on Makemytrip is 2PM , checkout at 10AM. however when we had to check their staff visited the room informing that we need to check out early before 10 and no extra 5mins will be provided at the same time it was informed that we can check in early but no late checkout (which was not at all informed on call)

2pm to 10am is not even proper full day price that they are charging. As it is goa everyone who booze will obviously not get up so early so it should have been 12pm checkout if 2 pm is the checkin Worst property with unmaintained...

THIS PLACE IS NOT COVID SAFE! AND NOT SANITISED! OLD BEDHSHEETS WHICH WERE NOT WASHED. NO HOUSEKEEPING. OLD GUESTS SOAP LEFT BEHIND. STAFF NOT WEARING MASK AT CHECK IN.

WIFI NOT WORKING AND THERE IS NO MOBILE NETWORK. DRILLING WORK IN THEIR SECOND APARTMENT (WHICH BELONGS TO THE SAME OWNER/COMPANY) STARTED AT 9 AM IN THE MORNING AND THE OWNERS PHONE WAS CONVENIENTLY SWITCHED OFF. THE CARETAKER SAID I CANT DO ANYTHING, SPEAK TO THE OWNER.

It is a nice and clean apartment to stay in Goa. The location is also very close to candolim beach and main market. Must stay here if you can cook by your own as there is no room service facility available because it is an apartment not hotel.
