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akita resort the best location and best services in Goa From the moment we arrived at Nikita, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made us feel right at home. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Calangute Beach, with many restaurants and markets nearby. It’s perfect if you want to be close to everything without the noise and hustle of being on the beach.

The rooms are clean, adequately spacious, and fairly well maintained. Our room had good lighting and a balcony, which was a lovely spot to relax in the mornings. Housekeeping was prompt and courteous.

Staff service deserves special mention. Everyone from reception to housekeeping was courteous, helpful, and ready with tips about local places to visit, food to try, and transport arrangements. They even helped us rent a bike and gave reliable directions. These small gestures made a big difference.

A few minor issues: the room service menu is limited, and some guests noted occasional issues with AC cooling or bed linens. Also, during peak times, power backup isn’t perfect. But these issues were small compared to the overall...

This is my 2nd trip to Goa and I actually chose this place becos of the peace and the quiet and the awesome experience I had before.I also thought that the same people would be working there.But alas, NO.||The grumpy old manager could barely speak English.Customer service skills was non existent.Everything we asked for came with a "NO" reply.No room service was available.The pool was unavailable.They would question your every move (eg-if you were standing near the pool, you were taking a tour of the hotel, or sunbathing,etc).||I had an argument with the Manager on the second day and we decided to check out to seabreeze inn(Thank GOD for that.The Hotel and staff there were amazing)||The beauty of the Nakita hotel was overshadowed by the Grumpy old Manager and the goons deployed there.This place is not the safest place for couples or anyone for that matter.||||Anonymous...
