SEA BREEZE INN — Hotel in Goa

The worst kind of experience one can have - at a Tourist haven like Goa! Had the opportunity to be accommodated there as an Official for a sporting event. Rooms are worse than any lodge! Furniture in to rooms are pathetic and in shambles ; cabinets haven't been cleaned of cobwebs since decades! Absolutely ZERO amenities! No clean towels; bedspreads and linen is yellowish; No Refrigerator; NO Hangers; No Kettle or Tea/ coffee arrangements; Only one toothpaste and toothbrush were provided; NO blankets; The wooden wardrobes were like junk - wouldn't even close! The French window overlooking the pool seemed nice, till i found their latch/ locks broken! They wont close! There wasn't even a dustbin in the room! Have the owners ever stayed in any decent hotel in the past 3 decades? Just to get an idea what hospitality means! The staff seemed to have been recruited a week before, and didnt even have any unform and looked like some simple...

this is the worst hotel I have ever stay in goa. when I arrived for checking the first give me a broken room and when I fight for my room then they give me a room. the valet 3 hours to put my luggages from ground floor 2 first floor. after too much fight they provide me one small bottle of shampoo and one shot small soap and one towel. they were not in mood to search any customer. I asked them to provide me and extra pillow but they refused.

the pool was dirty and its looks green. at the time of cheque in they told me that the pool will get clear till evening but still that night the pool was not clean.

TV is not working and they provide me a broken tv.

basically the room is like hell and I anybody not to book...

I never had such a bad experience with this hotel people. I booked on 25th check in 26th check out. I was stuck at Dudhsagar, Kullem. Could not reach hotel on time, since I did online payment for an executive room, i tried calling to the hotel people but no one received my calls later once reached to hotel. The hotel management was rude to us and asked to contact Easy Mytrip, but the hotel people never made us to stay at there property even after payment is done by online. When the payment is done they must give the place to stay either with any other date. This shows the hotel people and Easy Mytrip people are not responsible...
