Oceanic Pearls Guest House — Hotel in Goa

Pathetic Stay experience at this property. I booked stay through Go Ibibo after going through reviews but unfortunately the on-ground reality was different. 1.AC was not working whole day for which I complained to the staff and Go Ibibo. - Owner was not available for helping me out and their staff were just clueless. Go Ibibo called me back on next day for this(which doesn’t make sense). 2.Water supply was cutoff during nighttime. 3.Washroom hand flush was defective. 4.Need improvement on washroom and bed linen hygiene. Thumbs down for customer experience. The best part is i paid for 2 days but left property in 1 day Because of no resolution in on-going issues. Itsss a goood place with friendly employees..... Very spacious roooms..... With clean and well maintained rooms...( dont have a lot of expectations please its not a big hotel) I had a great stay over there..... Fully satisfied with the facilities and the rooms....... Its 1km from condolim and 1.5km from calungate but.. Both are almost at walking distance...... U will have a great experience with these rooms.. Overalll a good deal... I am happy to stay there and agar wapash gaya too i will stay there again....!!!! Just bcoz of the spacious rooms.. U will never regret going there .. All the best for ur trip!!!!!!! And enjoy Goa... One can see the real photos of dirty, damaged and stink property and then decide. I had booked this thru Agoda but I left the property immediately within an hour and got good property nearby on lower price. As expected I didn't get the refund. Be aware of this property and Agoda. The owner is different and it is run by someone else. You get confuse whom to call/complaint. No service, no quality, no parking, no satisfaction. Only disappointment, waste of money and time. I had sent a message to Mr. Khan (running the hotel business) on 11 Aug but as of now he did not shown a courtesy to ask the reason and apologies. Nothing worse than this...
