PRACHI HOLIDAYS HOME — Hotel in Goa

Hello everyone. I am from Mumbai. I stayed in Prachi Holiday Home for just One night recently with my family. I booked 1 Quadruple room for around 5k per room per night. We stayed there just for 1 night and couldn't stay back for another 2 days as the room was so dirty and unhygenic, they are completely fake and nothing was there as shown in the picture. We checked out the other morning but haven't yet got my refund. I am very disappointed that make my trip is keeping such pathetic client.

I don't recommend this hotel for family or single stays. The location of this hotel is different from than that shown on google map. They send you exact location one day before your arrival.

It was highly un-hygienic. The attached bathrooms have diffused mirror walls with no latches to lock the bathrooms doors from inside. So very uncomfortable stay with family and children. The geyser was not there..so no hot water...so they tell you to use iron rod to heat up the water. The TV was not working. The staff (except safai wale persons) including multiple type of owners were completely ill mannered and greedy type. So persistent feeling of unsafe environment. The multiple owners (one lady and two young fellows) were very impatient, ill mannered, un-professional and having no sense of respect for their customers. As they take whole money in advance so they behave later on as they wish, which was not expected. I preferred to avoid any kind of arguments with these stupid kind of fellows. 7) They don't have any staff at the propert. Only 1 female who was running here and there to get the work done. Food Was tasteless and they charged a big fat amount for that also. It was purely un-professional and against basic rights. Such hotel owners should be banned for creating discomfort to tourists coming from far places to Goa.

I would have given zero rating in case there would have been option for that. It was pure waste of money to book here. Nakul and 1 guy and 1 female, 3 of them were there nobody except them. They are not professional at all. This is a private property and nothing nothing is there as shown in the google pictures and mmt. Make my trip should stop promoting such pathetic property. I would recommend that kindly don't book their hotels (they have many such other hotels in Goa)...Be Careful...

Never ever stay here they are fraud, there is no hot water available and when I told him he came to my room and check then told me see hot water is coming and I checked in presence of "NANDAN PATHAK" there is no water came, so I told him,he said"aapko pata nahi chal raha hai ke pani garam kisko kahte hai". 2 = Tata sky set top box not recharged.i rised issue to humaira she didn't response. At evening I again told him about TV,hot water to HUMAIRA and Mr.PATHAK but both didn't give any response than one person "SADIK" came to me and my friend and shouted and behaved like "GUNDA",told me you will not get any facilities if you have any problem contact to person who booked your rooms.he told we never say that we provide hot water and television.he told us if you have problem get out from my hotel. And we'll not give any refund. 3=we have to stay here from 5th December to 8th December because we pay whole amount, we didn't get any services from hotel.no room cleaning,no bed sheet change,no wash room cleaning. 4= at first night there was no power for whole night and power came at next morning around 10o clock. 5=AC not working. 6=They Don't allow any out side food in hotel and forced to consume hotel food which is double from market price. 7=last but not the least,this was unexceptable for us,we put our two mopeds "facino" at hotel and we gave them both vehicles key at reception (8th December) as our vehicle owner will pick our vehicles from hotel,but vehicle owner didn't pick them,when we came at evening around 19:00, in both vehicles there were half tanks were full with petrol untill 8th December morning,but we show,at evening petrol was stolen from both mopeds,I stucked in market. REALLY I NEVER SEE THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE.THEY ARE THIEFS,"GUNDA"TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I GAVE HIM NEGATIVE MARK. NEVER STAY HERE IT WAS HORRIBLE...

I don't recommend this hotel for family or single stays. The location of this hotel is different from than that shown on google map. They send you exact location one day before your arrival.

The mirror walls were not touching the roof so you can imagine the situation. The geyser was not there..so no hot water...so they tell you to use iron rod to heat up the water. The TV was not working. The staff (except safai wale persons) including multiple type of owners were completely ill mannered and greedy type. So persistent feeling of unsafe environment. The multiple owners (one lady and two young fellows) were very impatient, ill mannered, un-professional and having no sense of respect for their customers. As they take whole money in advance so they behave later on as they wish, which was not expected. I preferred to avoid any kind of arguments with these stupid kind of fellows to preserve my happy mood of vacations.

Other two families occupying two rooms had usual quarrels with them for bringing water bottles and food from outside. It was purely un-professional and against basic rights. Such hotels owners should be banned for creating discomfort to tourists coming from far places to Goa.

I would have given zero rating in case there would have been option for that. It was pure waste of money to book here.

I would recommend that kindly don't book their hotels (they have many such other hotels in Goa)...Be Careful...
