Prop LIVE with New Code - GOA3797 — Hotel in Goa

I would have wrote a good review about it but they didn't give me any choice...first of all I booked for stay here from booking.com.. we contacted booking.com and they told us that booking was confirmed you don't have to worry about anything..when we arrived there no rooms were left for us..it's booking.com fault but I am giving bad review for this place the person sitting at the reception was making jokes about our situation instead of helping us..we travelled from Delhi to goa..our road trip..we reached there around 8pm and we were exhausted..an hearing all this made us in such a disappointing position..they don't have any contact to booking.com guys..they have partnership with them but anyhow they claimed that they don't know any of those guys...

I gave a star so that I could post my review and caution fellow traveller's about the most unfriendly and unhygienic stay I have had till date....the staff are so arrogant and rude....if only I could share images of the room....I was misguided for the pics posted online and reviews.....immense displeasure for the service provided....2 of My friends were hurt in the swimming pool bcoz of the sharp edges and broken tiles....the manager was literally fighting and arguing wih other guests when they complained about the service....I would like to request all online portals to plz see them practically and then give stars to such clumsy and shaby hotels....not fit to be in hospitality business....sorry it hurts to write a bad review but I tried...

I stayed in cottage for 2 days 3 nights.it was average experience, now the honest review- staff is not proactive but somehow they will solve your purpose. Bed and linin was extremely dirty, requested to change it. However no daily cleaning or linin change. bathroom was clean but Commode flush was broken, diah tv not working, split AC was okay, fan was not working, AC did the part , restaurants owner Mr. Ojha was very kind guy he arranged milk for my daughter everytime without charging any money.
