We visited Goa during march 2020 and stayed here for 5 nights. The property is basically the apartments designed in midst of household area (most of the nearby houses and villas are also on rent for tourists). Distance from Baga beach and famous tito's club and lane is nearly 10-15 minutes drive. Distance from candolim/ anjuna beach is nearly 20 minutes. ||We rented the bike from hotel itself and that was good service. ||The property is good from inside. Villas are well ventilated and have facilities like kitchenette, washing machine, aquaguard, refrigerator etc. My bedroom was poorly-lit though. ||Pool was small and average. Also water was not being regularly cleaned. We found big insects laying dead in water for two days and decided not to swim. ||Complimentary Breakfast was below average and bland. Tea was not good.We had our breakfast on first day and then decided not to have the breakfast there for remaining days. That summed up in spending additional around ₹ 200 on breakfast and tea outside. ||Restaurant (if we can call it restaurant) is makeshift restaurant which is made just by placing tables and chairs by separating the plot on ground floor, beside the parking lot. So, that was disappointment. ||Hotel does not provide complimentary dental/ shaving/ bathing kit. ||On last day when we were leaving (when we were on stairs with our luggage) the hotel, one of the guy from hotel comes across with dirty bedsheet with spots on it and asks us, "Ye bedsheet apka hai na?" ("Is this bedsheet yours?"). We said no as the bedsheet shown to us had big spots of liquids/ color which by no means were used by us. After saying this to hotel staff and to the ladies on reception, they ran their "investigation" for nearly 15 minutes, making faces while we were about to leave to airport. Finally they gave us clean-chit as they learned/ felt that their guy did not give the correct information. They said this process was for damage charges. ||So, overall it was average experience at Treebo Trend Rainforest...
Read moreIf you want a big room then only recommended The hotel is quite inside from the main road. It is inside a residential area, so there is absolutely no view from the balcony. The rooms are big and spacious it is an apartment basically, we had booked 3bhk. There is fridge, microwave, cups, glasses and some crockery items. Washing machine is also there but they charge you to use it 350 per load. The breakfast is served very late, it's time is 8.30 they started at 9.20 approx and everything is scarce you need to call them again and again although it is a buffet breakfast. There were cockroaches in the kitchen when I checked in the night, many cockroaches, small size though. Staff is not very well trained, Anna the manager is ok but the other staff are sometimes at loss when you ask for something, it seems like I have asked something from space. The swimming pool has time limitation 8.30 till 7.30, reason, the local Panchayat does not allow. Stupid reason though. You can get scooter or bike directly on rent from there, and the charge is the same as in market. We got it for 16700 for three nights, we were 5 people. The best part is they had a big apartment where we all five friends can...
Read moreRainforest Enclave is where we chose to stay as a group of friends in Goa, and honestly, the highlight of our trip was the stay itself. We were six boys, and we had an absolute blast.
Though they do have a set of house rules, I believe those only enhance the overall experience. Amit and his team were very courteous and helped us with every little requirement. The property has a decent-sized, well-maintained pool, and the bedrooms are spacious and neatly kept.
The only drawback we noticed was the parking—it felt a bit congested and made it tricky to park our cars comfortably. That said, the security staff were super helpful, even when we showed up at 4 in the morning.
Housekeeping was prompt too; fresh towels and linen were available whenever we needed them. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge, induction cooker, glasses, plates, vessels, and even a tea/coffee maker, which was a total boon.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place for groups, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Goa. It’s slightly away from the Arpora center, but definitely not...
