OM SAI UDUPI PURE VEG — Restaurant in Goa

Hi guys.. those who are in Goa or plan to visit the Goa. Please don't ever go to this hotel. I with my family gone yesterday ie 15.07.24 around 2.30 pm. I ordered idili, have your ever normal idili is sweet. The thing is the attitude of the waiters they feel that we are having food free or there cost. And they keep the plates or glasses like throwing to the table. Surprisingly they give the food but no palte. While we call the owner he is telling we didn't ask for the plates. The same thing for the water. We didn't ask water that's why they didn't give water and glass. There is one dish royal thali..it has water is complimentary but we ask where is the water, the waiters told there is no water with the dish while we show the menu then only they given the water. The staff and owner are same attitude.

Finally in the photo of the plate attached if you zoom it you can see the stickers in side the plate. That stickers if gone intake they are not care for that.

Please do not go even if there is no other hotel near to...

Chole batura was made up of maida not wheat. Gobi was uncooked..price for one Gobi is 219...chole batura one plate is 149 i think....personally i dnt refer... Ans to your reply.... your review says it all...after placing order and waiting for 20min v came to enquire for its delay as my kid was hungry..more over Gobi was just brought in front of my eyes by your fellow and cooked.. ur arrogant behavioural message to a customer says it all..nothing more to talk... i wonder for such a prompt hotel why rating is as low as 3.5 then?? .. white coloured dough is not wheat pls learn what is what before cooking and advising us. The service of this restaurant is worst like We are waiting for more than 40 minutes and still no is come with the order, my sister go to manager and ask him about the food he literally say her nahi wait krna to he to nikal jao. I don't know about the taste but place is not hygienic. In the below the Person mention I order dosa and पाव भाजी but I actually order the panir butter masala and chapatis. Just because its there fault they accuse us with this nonsense reason on local platform. Shameless people... Hope people go their be aware of this fraud because no one is their for helping, much better and tasty option in pure veg hotel...
