RJ-14 Guest House — Hotel in Goa

All my travel accommodations so far have always been a Oyo or a luxury resort. This time I was looking for something different.. to be honest.. it was the name that attracted me (RJ-14 in Goa haha). I kept looking at this place for a couple of days and finally booked my stay. The best decision ever. The place is exactly where I would have wanted to stay. It is quiet affordably priced.The Baga beach, the shacks, Brittos, the party lane... all accessible by foot. It is a decent place to stay.. clean and quiet.. just what we want after night long parties.It was a girls trip and it was the best bet in terms of our safety and convenience. The hosts are beyond humble. Mr. Nikhil Gupta, Mr. Puneet Malik and Mr. Ankit were always a call away. From helping us with the places to visit.. to getting us bikes on rental.. the whole vacation was such a breezy affair. I have this place bookmarked for every time I would want to be in Goa ever. First of all thanks to the owner who is Nikhil gupta for his wonderful co ordination. He would lift anytime you call in 24 hrs if you have any query and want any information. I was unlucky that I was not able to meet him. The room service was excellent and maintenance is very good. Hotel is very near to baga beach and titio's lane. Anytime I would suggest this place if you are thinking to stay in baga. Only one suggestion I have is to keep a small fridge in the room. Office boy is very polite and arranged all the needed things like cab to panjim and bikes for rent to roam in goa. We checked in night in the late 10pm , even at that time they responded to call without any delay and arranged the rooms for us. They even provide service to scuba diving package and the cost is very nominal. Next Time I visit goa I will definitely try the scuba diving package with them. We forgot the ID cards as we were in hurry to catch bus. Then they have done courier to my address. So sweet of them. Next time when I visit goa, will meet you...

This guy is money minded, we’ve booked a room through Goibibo and went there for check-in , this guy took my mobile and checked the amount I’ve booked for and then he said that there’s payment issue and he didn’t get the money, so can’t give us the room and asked us to pay again for the room and told us to contact Goibibo for refund. If they’ve payment issue they should inform the customer as soon as they receive the booking mail so that we can look for an alternative. I’ve contacted goibibo customer care, by the time they settled the issue this guy has given our room to some other person for more amount. If they’ve issue with Goibibo why should they list their hotel ? When I’ve asked the same he said that it’s not their concern and goibibo should do it. Just looting the tourists. They don’t care about the customer.
