La shack — Restaurant in Goa

Mr Shailesh is a Very arrogant Manager and not fit for the industry. We were given a water bottle with MRP of INR 80 and they asked for INR 100, when we asked for RO water we were told that we don't have RO in the restaurant and we never serve it which is supposed to be standard for any restros. Cusiosly we asked how do you prepare food and surprisingly we were told that we only have tap water to use. Service staff is supportive but was forced to behave rudely by the manager. Very unpleasant experience as we were with full family. On top of that, we were given a complete lly wrong bill which was corrected after we rectified the mistake. i would not suggest this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their evening here. I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this restaurant. The staff, led by the infamous Shailesh, displayed a shocking level of rudeness. It seems their idea of customer service is a distant fantasy. The manager's attitude was nothing short of appalling.

As if the terrible service wasn't enough, the hygiene in this place is a serious concern. Water quality is the main issue. It's astonishing that a restaurant can operate with such disregard for cleanliness water purity.

We seriously loved the atmosphere here. Very quiet and romantic. The Fish Sizzler was fantastic!

The adjacent shacks on the left and right were blasting music on such a high tone that neither of them were clearly audible in terms of the song lyrics. Absolute garbage ambiance created by low life chapris.

This is the best shack close to the TiTo's lane. The quality of food is good along with the service. The washroom facilities were clean and efficient. Best place to be with family, friends and loved ones on that locality. Price is definitely on the...
